It’s one of the biggest games of the week as the Lions look to bounce back from a loss against the surging Hawks.

One of the best times to back Brisbane is following a loss, and although they were manhandled by Carlton last week, punters shouldn’t expect a similar effort.

Last week’s 154-78 loss didn’t look good to the eye, but Brisbane has a short memory. They have been good at bouncing back from disappointment over the last years, which is why they won the premiership title last year.

Their previous form was excellent, including a 123-101 win over Geelong, and if they’re anywhere near that level, they can handle Hawthorn, who bounced back from a loss to Melbourne with four consecutive wins.
