Carlton vs. West Coast Predictions – AFL Round 16 2026

We have Carlton vs. West Coast predictions for AFL Round 16 on Saturday, June 27 at 1:15pm at Marvel Stadium.

Kicking off Super Saturday is Carlton vs. West Coast, where the Blues look set to continue their winning streak as $1.16 favourites.

Best Bet

Carlton –32.5 @ $1.90

Most of the money has come for Carlton to win and cover the spread against a West Coast team that’s there for the taking.

West Coast comes off consecutive losses to Port Adelaide and North Melbourne, and although they were close losses, we can’t see them being competitive against a Carlton team that has turned things around recently.

After beating the likes of Geelong, Essendon, and GWS over the last three weeks, Carlton is low flying, and it has been an impressive turnaround. With West Coast having lost its last 10 games at Marvel Stadium, this should be a comfortable victory for Carlton.

Covering a –32.5 spread isn’t easy, but everything points towards an easy Carlton victory, and it could be a big margin throughout the game. Take the current line before it moves during the week.

Same Game Multi

Carlton –32.5, Harry McKay 2+ Goals, Will Hayward 2+ Goals, Total Points Under 173.5 @ $7.50

Harry McKay had only one goal against GWS, but he should bounce back with a 2+ goal performance. He kicked three goals against Essendon, and with West Coast on a similar playing field as the Bombers, McKay should take advantage.

Will Hayward has eight goals from his last four games, so he’s a form player for Carlton. He kicked two last week, and punters get $1.98 for 2+ goals, which is an excellent inclusion in AFL SGM picks.

Under 173.5 points is included based on West Coast’s offensive struggles. We have them scoring under 65 points, which should be enough for the under to cash.

Best Value Bet

George Hewitt 1+ Goal @ $2.25

$2.25 for George Hewitt to kick a goal is a good price from bookmakers, and given his recent form, we can’t leave him out.

He has a goal in each of his last four games, and he should get around West Coast’s defence to kick a goal on the run.

We priced him at around $1.90 to kick a goal, so he qualifies as a value bet.
