GWS vs. Brisbane Predictions – AFL Round 11 2026

We have GWS vs. Brisbane predictions for AFL Round 11 on Sunday, May 24 at 12:30pm at ENGIE Stadium.

Kicking off action on Sunday is GWS vs. Brisbane, where the Lions are –14.5 favourites on the road.

Best Bet

Brisbane –14.5 @ $1.90

Brisbane can be tough to predict, but the reigning premiers should have too much class for GWS to handle on Sunday.

The Lions look to bounce back following a 117-76 loss to Geelong, and they looked good prior to that with wins over Carlton, Essendon, and Adelaide. They’re playing better than GWS, which comes off a loss to West Coast.

Losing to the Eagles isn’t a loss any team wants on their record, and it was a shocking performance. Their recent wins came against Essendon and North Melbourne, so they have struggled against quality teams, and Brisbane is a quality team.

Covering a –14.5 spread shouldn’t be hard if Brisbane is anywhere near their best, and the conditions should be ideal for their style of play.

Same Game Multi

Brisbane –14.5, Logan Morris 3+ Goals, Zac Bailey 2+ Goals, Total Points Under 186.5 @ $8.50

Logan Morris is a key player for Brisbane, and they would love him to kick 3+ goals. He has 15 goals from his last five games, so the average is good, and the $1.88 odds are worth including in AFL same game multi picks.

Zac Bailey could also chime in with a couple of goals. He has only one goal from his last two games, but playing GWS should give him a chance to fire back with a double. He is paying $2.02 for 2+ goals, so the odds are too good to leave out.

We have GWS struggling to score, and although it’s usually a high-scoring contest, confidence levels are low with GWS, which could see under 186.5 points cash for punters.

Best Value Bet

Brisbane 40+ @ $3.45

When GWS plays poorly, they look bad. That was the case when losing to West Coast last week, and Brisbane could jump on them early and post a big first half lead.

If the GIANTS are chasing, they play even worse, and it could materialise into an easy Brisbane win. Therefore, we’re taking the $3.45 odds for a 40+ win to Brisbane, which is a fair price from bookmakers.
