We have Western Bulldogs vs. Sydney predictions for AFL Round 7 on Thursday, April 23 at 7:30pm at Marvel Stadium.

Sydney is 12-0 in its last 12 games as the favourite, and the Swans have a great chance of handing the Bulldogs their third consecutive losses.

The Swans made it three straight wins when beating GWS 107-66 last week, which was an effortless display. They have too much depth and scoring power for those teams to compete, and after the Bulldogs scored only 64 and 56 points in their last two games, it doesn’t bode well for them.

After starting the year on fire, the Bulldogs’ last two games against Hawthorn and Geelong have been poor. We can’t see them turning their form around in time to handle Sydney, which is our top AFL pick to cover the spread.

Take the –27.5 line before it moves on game day, as most of the betting support should come for the visitors.

Following a 131-56 loss to Geelong, there isn’t much confidence with the Western Bulldogs, and they could suffer a third consecutive loss by 40+ points.

They also lost 104-64 to Hawthorn, so they haven’t come close to winning recently, and the Swans are a team that can pile on the points quickly.

$2.30 for a 40+ win is a fair price, so include it as a value bet.
