A Brief History of BetEstate

BetEstate.com.au launched in late 2023. It’s registered to an Aussie-based company called BetEstate Pty Ltd (ABN 29 664 945 582) which was set up in January 2023.

To be honest, we couldn’t find out who owns this business. That might be a red flag with some sites, but BetEstate has been active for a number of years already. And as you’re about to learn, it has a solid reputation for paying its customers quickly.

Name BetEstate Website URL betestate.com.au Country of origin Australia Established 2023 Min. Deposit $10
Website/App Design 7.5/10
Weekly Promotions 7.5/10
Customer Service 8.0/10

Pros

Same-day midweek withdrawals Better odds than most bookies Top quality mobile betting app

Cons

No cashout for existing wagers Small choice of banking options Slow payouts over the weekend

Is BetEstate a Trustworthy Betting Site?

Yes. Even though we couldn’t pin down who owns the company, we have two big reasons to trust it. Right off the bat, it’s regulated by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission. If BetEstate were up to no good, the VGCCC would’ve revoked its license by now.

Secondly, this operator is a member of the Victorian Bookmakers’ Association. That reputable organisation agrees to cover the bets of its members, should any of them run into financial trouble.

BetEstate Online Betting Platform Review

This online bookmaker uses the BetMakers white-label platform, which is why it looks like several others, including PuntX and CrownBet. Not that it’s a bad thing – those sites are extremely user-friendly.

BetEstate has a number of cool features, such as Same Race and Same Game Multis, as well as live racing streams. However, you can’t cash existing bets out, which is a bit disappointing.

Enjoy Some of Australia’s Best Odds

Perhaps the most surprising finding of our BetEstate site review was just how good the odds are. Almost every major competition, from all of Australia’s most popular sports, is priced in line with the country’s leading bookmakers.

Highly Competitive Odds

The win lines for NRL and AFL games, for example, are set to 105%. This is the lowest margin of any bookie we know about, giving you the best possible value. Grand Slam tennis matches and most T20 and one day cricket games are also priced to just 105%.

Soccer is one of the few sports where BetEstate doesn’t bet to 105% – EPL and UCL games are priced at a more modest 107.5%. That’s not far behind Unibet, who are responsible for the best soccer odds down under. And it’s still better than sites like LetsBet, who price win lines to 110%.

Payment Methods at BetEstate

Next in this BetEstate betting site review, it’s time to chat cheddar. To start with, we’re happy to report that the cashier is really easy to use. It could benefit from a few extra payment methods – PayPal, for instance. But the most important options are covered:

Payment MethodDepositWithdrawal
Debit Card
PayID
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Bank Transfer

The transaction limits are reasonable, too – you’ll need to deposit at least $10, and it’s the same for withdrawals. With a minimum stake of just $0.50, BetEstate is friendly to all punters, regardless of how deep your pockets are.

Payout time are fast during the week. With two rounds of processing per day, it’s possible for the cash to hit your bank account within just a few hours. However, if your withdrawal crosses a weekend, it may require an extra 48 hours.

There’s one exception – your first withdrawal may take longer than average, for security reasons. You may need to wait up to two working days, even during the week.

Is There a BetEstate Mobile App?

Yes. There is a BetEstate sports betting app, and as the feedback from online marketplaces suggests, it’s of the highest quality.

When we put this review together, the App Store rating was 4.5 of 5. Android users scored it an impressive 4.7 stars on Google Play. These figures are better than most bookies in Australia, blowing the likes of JimmyBet (2.3 stars) out of the water.

It’s not hard to see why punters like the app. It’s visually pleasing, with smooth scrolling and navigation, plus a clean and uncluttered layout.

Processes seem to make things as painless as possible for punters, too. Take the signup form, for example – we managed to register in less than 90 seconds, including the time required to verify our identity.

BetEstate Promo Codes

What is BetEstate like for bonuses and promotions? Well, it’s pretty standard stuff that you’ll see at any other bookmaker.

Something BetEstate doesn’t offer, though, is bonus codes – not that it’s the operator’s fault. Changes to the National Consumer Protection Framework in 2019 made it almost impossible for bookies to run such promotions.

You may encounter affiliate referral codes, but these won’t get you a bonus. Ours is GOBET500. If you enjoy the content we provide, and you’re prompted to enter a code, using this is a great way to support our efforts.

Customer Support at BetEstate

We’ve always had positive experiences with the BetEstate customer support team. The agents are friendly and responsive, and the operating hours cover most of the day.

Live chat agents are on hand Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 10pm, closing at 9pm on Sunday. There’s no telephone support, though. You can dial 0363618825 to close your account, but support is only offered by email at support@betestate.com.au, or via live chat.

Where is the Live Chat Widget?

Interestingly, you don’t have to look hard for the live chat widget, as it pops up when you load the website. You’ll be greeted by an automated message at the bottom of the screen, along with some canned responses to simple FAQs.

You can ignore that message, unless you actually require assistance. If the preset options don’t help, just ask to speak to a human. It rarely takes longer than a couple of minutes to receive a response.

How to Create a BetEstate Account

Setting up your new account is easy. Here’s what to do:

  1. Type BetEstate.com.au into your browser
  2. Use the “Join” button at the top of the page
  3. Complete the simple form with your personal details
  4. Read and understand the Ts&Cs before continuing
  5. Click “VERIFY DETAILS” if you agree

That’s it. Wait around 30 seconds for the automated verification process to wrap up, then you’ll be logged straight into your new account. If the KYC checks fail for any reason, contact support for assistance, and have your ID to hand.

BetEstate Review – Final Verdict

We like BetEstate a lot – particularly how easy it is to use. You can open a new account in seconds, while the layout is familiar and highly intuitive. The website is fully responsive, providing an optimal experience regardless of your device. And the app is one of the highest-rated in the country.

The odds are second to none, consistently towards the top of the market on all of Australia’s favourite competitions. And, although the payouts could be quicker over weekends, midweek punters benefit from same-day withdrawals.

BetEstate FAQs

Who owns BetEstate.com.au?

It’s not entirely clear who owns the BetEstate.com.au website. It’s registered to BetEstate Pty Ltd (ABN 29 664 945 582), a company formed in January 2023. We couldn’t find any information about who’s involved, but the website suggests the site is 100% Aussie-owned.

How do I download and install the BetEstate betting app?

There are two handy buttons at the bottom of the BetEstate homepage – click either to install the BetEstate sports betting app. Use the App Store option for iOS devices, otherwise it’s the Android button.

What is the BetEstate welcome bonus code?

Since there isn’t a welcome bonus, there is no BetEstate promo code. The closest thing you’ll find is our affiliate referral code, but using GOBET500 will not get you a bonus. It’s just a way of supporting our site.

Does BetEstate have any bonuses and promotions?

Yes. Log into your account and click “Promotions” to see the BetEstate Toolkit, which features several daily specials. These vary throughout the year, but check it out to see what’s available to you today.

Is there a BetEstate friend referral code?

Sort of. There isn’t a BetEstate referral program, so if you’ve got a code, it won’t get you a bonus. It’s probably an affiliate code – these help support your favourite sites, but don’t result in referral bonuses. Ours is GOBET500

How do I reset my BetEstate login and password?

To regain access to your account, click “Log In” on the BetEstate.com.au website, then use the “Forgot Password” link. Click “SEND EMAIL” after providing the email address associated with your account, then check your inbox.
