A Brief History of BetRaven
Launched on August 15th 2026, BetRaven.com.au is another addition to the Betting Services Australia Pty Ltd family. This operator owns more that 20 online betting brands, including NetNova, NinjaBet and PuntZone.
MidasBet is perhaps the most famous of their sites, as it was the first to launch. In fact, Betting Services Australia Pty Ltd was formerly known as Midasbet Pty Ltd until November 2024, when the entity (ABN 21 649 987 735) changed its name.

Yes. We compiled this betting site review when BetRaven was just one week old, which isn’t enough time to build a reputation. However, we’re extremely familiar with its owner, as Betting Services Australia Pty Ltd has been running online bookies in Australia since early 2021.
BetRaven is licensed by the Greyhound Welfare & Integrity Commission, and regulated by Liquor and Gaming NSW. Its operations also adhere to the South Australian Gambling Codes of Practice.
BetRaven Online Betting Platform Review
If you’re wondering why BetRaven looks familiar, there’s a simple explanation. It’s built on the same GenerationWeb white-label platform used by so many other Australian bookmakers.
This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as it means you’re getting a tried and trusted interface that’s easy to navigate. We also know the software is reliable, with fast loading times and no annoying glitches.
On the flip side, it results in a generic-looking site, with no real innovation. You won’t find live streams, early cashout or esports betting, for example. Try 123Bet instead if you’re interested in the latter.
Uninspiring Odds
Like most Betting Services Australia sites, the odds at BetRaven are distinctly average. The best prices you’ll find are on NRL rugby games, where the win lines are set to 106%. That’s not far behind the country’s best odds – only a few bookies have a lower 105% margin.
However, from there, it goes downhill. Footy games are priced at 107%, which is worse than most Aussie bookmakers. In fact, the only brands that match BetRaven are its sister sites.
Bad for Soccer Betting
The odds don’t really improve in other areas. Its cricket, boxing and tennis prices are equally average, and the soccer odds are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Expect painfully high margins of around 115%.
Being a new site isn’t really an excuse, either – other young brands manage to at least try and be competitive. Multis.com.au, for example, bets to just 108% on EPL games, despite also launching in 2026. That won’t threaten bet365 or Unibet, but it’s infinitely better than BetRaven.
Payment Methods at BetRaven
If you’re familiar with GenerationWeb sites, you’ll already know what we’ve written in this section. The deposit and withdrawal information for BetRaven is identical to 99% of those brands.

There’s a $10 minimum deposit and withdrawal limit, which is more than fair compared to other Australian bookies. Happily, BetRaven doesn’t charge transaction fees.
Payout requests are processed once per weekday at 11am, but not at all on weekends or holidays. EFT bank transfer is the only way to withdraw, so you’ll probably get your money as soon as it’s released. But the limited processing schedule means you’ll probably wait up to a day, and 72 hours if it’s over a weekend.
Is There a BetRaven Mobile App?
Yes, BetRaven has a sports betting app. To be honest, it’s pretty much the same as every other bookie on the GenerationWeb platform – the only real difference is the colour scheme.
That has its pros and cons, of course. We know it’s easy to navigate. All of the website’s features are replicated, and the software is stable and bug-free. On the other hand, it is a bit dull and uninspiring to see so many operators that all look the same. Don’t expect any game-changing innovation here, either.
User Feedback
Since the brand is so new, there’s not really much feedback to report. When we put this BetRaven review together, the Android app had been downloaded fewer than 100 times from Google Play.
In the App Store, it had a single rating – a one-star review that is completely unfair. The user makes no comment on the quality of the app, only that its owner runs several other bookies.

BetRaven Site Review – Final Verdict
There’s not much to say for BetRaven that we haven’t already said about its 20 or so sister sites. Like all bookies managed by Betting Services Australia, it’s nicely laid out, with a reasonable selection of markets. It pays withdrawals reliably and things just generally work as they should.
On that basis, if you were dead set on signing up, we wouldn’t talk you out of it. But it’s not the most competitive in terms of odds, and there are plenty of sites in the country that pay quicker.
For now, we’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. BetRaven only launched in August 2026, so let’s give it time to find its feet before being too critical.
