Launched in February 2026, EpicOdds is owned and operated by Vuka Global Pty Ltd, whose offices are in Melbourne. South African gambling industry professional Andrew Moshal, best-known for his time at Betway and Osiris Trading, is the key man behind this venture.

EpicOdds is just the latest BetCloud-powered site to appear in Australia. This software provider is also responsible for the ChromaBet platform, owned by Gavin and Tracey Mansour.

Is EpicOdds a Trustworthy Betting Site?

Very much so. First of all, the site is regulated by the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission, a fact confirmed by the ACMA’s register of licensed interactive gambling providers.

In addition, the site adheres to South Australia’s Responsible Gambling Code of Practice. And the aforementioned BetCloud white-label software ensures a secure and trustworthy platform. 

EpicOdds Online Betting Platform Review

Now for the most important part of this EpicOdds betting site review, as we assess the odds, markets and features. 

Great for NRL Bettors

It’s fair to say the odds are not, in fact, “epic” – though some are very good. 

The most obvious highlight is NRL rugby matches, which are priced very competitively. A 6% built-in margin aligns with other newcomers to the Aussie market, such as BetFocus and NextBet, plus established brands like Neds.

A few sites offer better NRL odds – hello PointsBet and Sportsbet – but EpicOdds outperforms many big players in terms of betting opportunities. Looking at the latest NRL fixtures, there were nearly 500 options per game – you’re lucky to get half as many at Ladbrokes, for instance.

AFL and Soccer

What about other sports? Do they hold up as well as the EpicOdds rugby league offering? Sort of. 

The coverage remains comprehensive across Australia’s most popular competitions, including AFL footy, where you’ll find up to 450 markets per game. Even English Premier Leagues soccer games have as many betting opportunities per fixture.

The odds, though, are generally pretty average. Sticking with those two examples, AFL win lines are priced to 107%, which is no better than small operators like NinjaBet and BetNow. Big players like TAB and Sportsbet take a 2% lower cut, so the value at those sites is much better. 

Big soccer games are generally priced to 109%. That certainly beats sites like RipperBet and BetChamps (around 115%) but it lags far behind Unibet and PointsBet.

Missing Features

Overall, we felt the EpicOdds platform was surprisingly light when it comes to features. 

You can build Same Game Multis, which is great, and cashout is an option. However, there’s not even a mobile app available, let alone esports odds, or in-platform streaming of games.

Payment Methods at EpicOdds 

If EpicOdds is to become one of Australia’s best new betting sites, the management really needs to work on its cashier. The current selection of deposit and withdrawal options is extremely limited.

You can fund your account with Visa, Mastercard, PayID or a direct EFT, but nothing else. For withdrawals, you have even fewer choices – bank transfers are the sole way to get paid.

The only site we know of with fewer banking methods is ChromaBet, while most other sites provide at least one or two more options. 

On the other hand, the minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are low, at just $10 for both. And payments are processed quickly – you can normally expect to receive a payout within 24 hours. 

Don’t forget to allow for weekends and public holidays, though – it will take longer during such times.

Is There a EpicOdds Mobile App?

Unfortunately, there isn’t an EpicOdds sports betting app at the moment. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an Android or iOS user, either – this bookmaker is yet to release a native application.

If and when that changes, we will update this EpicOdds review accordingly. But in the meantime, if you feel strongly about having an app for betting, we’d recommend giving CrownBet a look. 

That particular brand boasts one of the leading apps in Australia, as reflected in its Google Play and App Store ratings.

Like every Australian betting site, EpicOdds doesn’t offer any welcome bonus or deposit match codes, as this type of promotion is forbidden by gambling regulators. 

Regular users are still treated to ongoing promotions, but you have to log into your account to see what’s available.

Customer Support at EpicOdds 

We haven’t got around to testing the EpicOdds customer support yet, as the site is still so new. When we know more, we’ll report back.

All we know for now is that the team can be reached by email (service@epicodds.com.au) or live chat. We couldn’t find the live support operating hours on the website, but it doesn’t appear to be a 24/7 service.

EpicOdds – Final Verdict

It’s still early days for EpicOdds, which only debuted in February 2026, but there are some negatives that immediately jump out. Considering the experience of the management team, we expected a much more feature-rich site. Not to mention a mobile app and a wider selection of payment options. 

We wonder how much of this is down to the limitations of the BetCloud platform. That’s certainly no excuse for the lack of an app, though, as other brands using this software, like ChromaBet, manage to offer one.

It’s not all doom and gloom, of course. For the most part, the odds are okay, and in some cases – like NRL games – they’re actually very good. Market depth is also better than many other Aussie bookies.

Finally, EpicOdds also seems to take responsible gambling seriously, with a variety of support tools and a fair minimum deposit limit.
