A Brief History of Noisy

Noisy is the third online betting site in the Amused Australia Pty Ltd portfolio. Following the success of BetNation and Surge, this brand was registered in February 2023, and launched soon after.

The Melbourne-based company was added to the Australian Government’s business register in October 2021, with ABN 13 654 831 839. It now operates a total of ten sports betting brands in the country.

Is Noisy a Trustworthy Betting Site?

Yes. For starters, Noisy is licensed by the Northern Territory Racing and Wagering Commission, so there’s a level of oversight from a respected betting regulator. 

The site also takes player protection seriously, offering a number of responsible gambling tools. Aside from self-exclusions, both temporary and permanent, it’s possible to apply daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly limits to your account.

One point to note – in February 2023, the ACMA fined the operator $50,172 for sending SMS with no option to unsubscribe. Since then, there have been no regulatory issues.

Noisy Online Betting Platform Review

There’s usually around 20 sports to choose from, with a detailed racing product that covers greyhounds and horses, including harness racing. After logging in, you can watch live races, thanks to Sky Racing. However, no other sports can be streamed.

Noisy has a number of cutting-edge features worth mentioning – cashout, most notably. It’s usually just the big international platforms, like Unibet and bet365, that let you sell a bet early and lock in a profit.

Impressive AFL Odds

The odds are generally great. Take AFL win lines, for instance – most are priced at 105%, which is the same as betting sites like Sportsbet, BetEstate and TAB. These bookies consistently offer the best footy odds in Australia. 

Sometimes – often just a few hours before a game starts – you can find even better prices. While compiling this Noisy betting site review, we noticed the Sydney vs North Melbourne win line was 1.72-2.21 – that’s a margin of less than 3.5% for the bookie. Good luck finding better odds than that.

Consistently Generous Pricing

Noisy doesn’t just go big on footy, it’s a trend through the entire platform. NRL odds, for example, are usually priced to 105% – the lowest margin you’ll find in the country. And low bookie margins means better value for us punters.

The biggest tennis matches are competitively priced at 105.5%, while most cricket games are 106.5%. That’s not the lowest margin we’ve seen, but it’s still one of the best. Even the soccer odds are good, with top European leagues set at 106.5%.
