This betting website belongs to a private company known as PuntNow Pty Ltd. Registered with ABN 95 663 252 999 in October 2022, the business is based in Victoria. However, that’s all we really know – we couldn’t identify any specific owners.
PuntNow.com.au has been registered to PuntNow Pty Ltd since the company was set up, but the site didn’t launch until 2023. It first came onto our radar in October 2023, but some sources suggest a May debut.

As far as we know, yes – everything about PuntNow appears to be legal and above board.
First of all, it’s licensed by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, a well-known and reputable regulator. But it’s also an authorised interstate betting operator according to South Australian Consumer and Business Services.
We’re not aware of PuntNow ever having been in trouble with the regulator, so everything seems on the level there.
Another big plus is the site’s affiliation with the Victorian Bookmakers Association. That particular collective agrees to honour the bets of its members, should any of them find themselves in financial trouble.
PuntNow Online Betting Platform Review
The site uses white-label platform provider GenerationWeb as its base software, which is why it resembles other online bookies, like MyBet and BetNova.
Although it really is a user-friendly bit of tech, with intuitive navigation and fast loading times, it’s not the most comprehensive. You can place Same Game Multis and Same Race Multis, but you won’t find live racing streams, for instance. There’s no cashout facility, either.
Decent Rugby League Prices
The odds at PuntNow are quite average, with the exception of major rugby league competitions. NRL win lines are priced at 106%, the same as big bookies like Neds and Labrokes, but inferior to bet365 and Crownbet. Those two have lower margins of 105%.
Standard Footy Odds
We were disappointed to see AFL games priced at 107%. Don’t get us wrong, it’s not terrible – loads of bookies bet to the same percentage, including MidasBet, WellBet and Picklebet. But when sites like Sportsbet, Palmerbet and bet365 all offer lower margins of 105%, we were hoping for slightly better odds.
Other Sports
Elsewhere, the odds are average at best. Tennis matches are usually set around 107.5%, for example. Soccer is definitely a sport to avoid at PuntNow. Expect the Champions League, along with all major European competitions to be priced at 115%.
