Tszyu made a promising start to his career, including winning a belt. However, two losses to Sebastian Fundora stalled his progression. He went from the fighter everyone talked about to trying to secure a notable fight.

His last two wins were solid outings against lower-level fighters, but this is a big step up for the Aussie. We think it could be too much for him, so we’re backing Spence to prevail in a close fight, which should go the distance.

Stephen Fulton vs. Liam Wilson

It could be a big night for the two American fighters, and we’re not surprised to see Stephen Fulton open as the short favourite against Liam Wilson.

His career has been packed full of quality fights, which is why he’s the $1.28 favourite to win. Those odds are likely to firm on fight day, as money continues to come for the Fulton/Spence double.

Wilson is a quality Australian fighter, but it’s a big step up from facing local opposition. He has progressed nicely, but if this fight took place in Las Vegas, Wilson’s odds of $4.10 would be around $9. He’s only paying $4.10 because it’s taking place in Sydney.

We have Fulton winning by decision in a bruising 12-round encounter, so include those odds in boxing multi-bet picks.

Callum Peters vs. Ivan Ricardo Actis

Actis has a solid record in his own right, but the opposition he has faced is largely unknown, and coming to Australia to fight isn’t easy. Therefore, he deserves to be the $8.50 underdog, and we can’t see Peters suffering defeat at skinny odds.

Paul Fleming vs. Ahmad Reda

The odds are on the shorter side of value for Ahmad Reda, but we have him winning the fight against fellow Australia Paul Fleming.

It could be a close fight for the most part, and Fleming has proven tough to beat throughout his career. However, Reda is the fighter on the rise, and his camp believes this is an easier fight than what he could have had.

Reda hasn’t been tested, so it will be interesting to see how he copes with the pressure of a big crowd. However, despite the odds being short, Reda is a solid multi-bet pick.

Paulo Aokuso vs. Luis Antonio Tejeda
