2019/20 Bundesliga Matchday 32 – Preview, Expert Betting Tips & Odds

Bayern Munich took a huge step towards yet another Bundesliga title last time out with a gritty home win over Borussia Monchengladbach. Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig kept pace, with wins over Fortuna Dusseldorf and Hoffenheim respectively whilst Bayer Leverkusen limped to a 1-1 draw at Schalke. At the bottom of the pile, Werder Bremen kept their faint hopes of survival alive with a comprehensive win at Paderborn whilst Mainz are sure to be looking over their shoulder following their loss at home to Augsburg. With only three games to play, the stakes could not be higher in the Bundesliga.

Bundesliga Matchday 32 Preview

Borussia Monchengladbach vs Wolfsburg – Borussia Park

Borussia Monchengladbach ($2.11)

Wolfsburg ($3.56)

Draw ($3.75)

Two sides with European football aspirations next season face off as Borussia Monchengladbach host Wolfsburg. Back to back defeats in the league have left Monchengladbach in 5th place in the table, but with just a one-point deficit to overturn to catch Bayer Leverkusen, there is still plenty to play for. They were unlucky to come away empty-handed from Bayern Munich last time out and they will want to build on that showing here. Wolfsburg meanwhile are sitting pretty in 6th, but they will be ruing their missed opportunity at home to Freiburg at the weekend. They have a 3-point lead over Hoffenheim behind them in 7th and are very much in pole position to qualify for the Europa League. This should be a very entertaining game with Borussia Monchengladbach most likely to come out on top.

Betting tip: Borussia Monchengladbach to win the match ($2.11) Bet Now

Borussia Monchengladbach to win 2-1

SC Freiburg vs Hertha Berlin – Schwarzwald Stadion

SC Freiburg ($2.8)

Hertha Berlin ($2.54)

Draw ($3.61)

Two sides locked in the mid-table battle face off at the Schwarzwald Stadion as Freiburg host Herth Barlin. Freiburg have only won one game since returning to action, but excellent performances against Borussia Monchengladbach and Wolfsburg in their last two games have cemented their Bundesliga status and they are sitting 8th in the table. For Hertha Berlin, this is sure to be a free hit, having put in a disappointing display at home to Eintracht Frankfurt last time out. They sit 11th in the table and will be keen to kick on up the table as the season draws to a close. There is very little to pick between these two sides and a draw looks on the cards.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.61) Bet Now

1-1 Draw

Union Berlin vs Paderborn – Stadion an der alten Forsterei

Union Berlin ($1.67)

Paderborn ($5.25)

Draw ($4.2)

Union Berlin can mathematically secure their Bundesliga status as they welcome Paderborn to the capital. The hosts picked up their first win since the season restart on the road at Koln last time out and they will be hopeful of building on that here. Union sit 14th in the table and with only 3 games to play, could secure their safety here. For Paderborn meanwhile, the end looks in sight as their dismal season looks to come to an end. They have only won 4 Bundesliga games all season and the manner of their 5-1 home loss to Werder Bremen last time out was particularly humbling. This should be a comfortable home win for Union Berlin who should put Paderborn out of their misery and stay up themselves.

Betting tip: Union Berlin to win the match ($1.67) Bet Now

Union Berlin to win 2-0

Werder Bremen vs Bayern Munich – Weserstadion

Werder Bremen ($15)

Bayern Munich ($1.22)

Draw ($7.5)

Bayern Munich can clinch yet another Bundesliga title but will have to be at their best against a resurgent Werder Bremen side. The hosts thrashed Paderborn 5-1 last time out, to move into striking distance of the sides above them and with 3 games to play, it is very much now or never for the longest serving Bundesliga side. Bayern Munich will be looking to hold their nerve, as they have done since the restart and they will be all to aware of the challenge they face here. They weren’t at their best against Borussia Monchengladbach last time out, but they got the job done and a repeat of that looks on the cards at Weserstadion on Tuesday evening.

Betting tip: Bayern Munich to win the match and both teams to score ($1.8) Bet Now

Bayern Munich to win 2-1

Eintracht Frankfurt vs Schalke – Commerzbank Arena

Eintracht Frankfurt ($1.8)

Schalke ($4.6)

Draw ($4.1)

Two sides locked in mid-table and coasting face off as Frankfurt take on Schalke. Following their thumping win at Hertha Berlin on Saturday, Frankfurt reside in 10th and they will have aspirations of climbing the table as the season draws to a close. Schalke meanwhile have only picked up two points from their first 6 since games returning to action and having dropped down to 9th in the table. They showed real resilience and heart in clinching a draw with Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday and they will be hoping to build on that here. This should be a really tight game in Frankfurt and a draw looks very much on the cards.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($4.1) Bet Now

1-1 Draw

Augsburg vs Hoffenheim – WWK Arena

Augsburg ($2.7)

Hoffenheim ($2.65)

Draw ($3.61)

Two sides chasing points for very differing reasons face off at the WWK Arena as Augsburg take on Hoffenheim. A 1-0 win at Mainz last weekend has propelled Augsburg to 7-points above the relegation places, and a positive result here would see them assured of their Bundesliga status next season. For Hoffenheim meanwhile, they will be looking to get back to winning ways after being soundly beaten by RB Leipzig last time out and they will be looking to apply pressure to Wolfsburg above them in pursuit of a top 6 finish this term. This should be a very tight game which Hoffenheim could well prevail from.

Betting tip: Hoffenheim to win the match ($2.65) Bet Now

Hoffenheim to win 2-1

Bayer Leverkusen vs FC Koln – Bay Arena

Bayer Leverkusen ($1.5)

FC Koln ($7)

Draw ($4.8)

Bayer Leverkusen will look to try and hold on to a top 4 finish as they host FC Koln. Leverkusen picked up a point on the road at Schalke to move into the Champions League places but with just a 1-point gap to Monchengladbach behind them, they need to keep winning to stay in the top 4. FC Koln sit 12th in the table and are not mathematically safe but with 7 points gap to the drop zone, look to be mentally on the beach this term. They are winless since the season recommenced back in mid-May and they will be keen to start putting points on the board, but Leverkusen should have far too much about them here.

Betting tip: Bayer Leverkusen to win the match and both teams to score ($1.9) Bet Now

Bayer Leverkusen to win 2-1

Borussia Dortmund vs Mainz – Signal Iduna Park

Borussia Dortmund ($1.25)

Mainz ($13)

Draw ($6.6)

Borussia Dortmund will be hoping to capitalize on any unlikely Bayern Munich slip ups as they host Mainz. Dortmund are 7 points behind Bayern following their last gasp win at Fortuna Dusseldorf last time out and they will be striving to finish the season as strongly as possible. Mainz meanwhile will be anxiously looking over their shoulder following their 1-0 defeat to Augsburg on Sunday. They now only have a 3-point cushion between themselves and the drop zone and they will be all too aware of the need to keep picking up points. This looks a bridge too far for them however and Dortmund should have no issues in prevailing here.

Betting tip: Borussia Dortmund to win the match and both teams to score ($1.75) Bet Now

Borussia Dortmund to win 3-1

RB Leipzig vs Fortuna Dusseldorf – Red Bull Arena

RB Leipzig ($1.22)

Fortuna Dusseldorf ($15)

Draw ($7)

Fortuna Dusseldorf will be looking to clamber away from trouble as they travel to RB Leipzig. The hosts comfortably overcame Hoffenheim last time out and they look well set to finish in the top 4. They sit 3rd in the table and with the Champions League on the agenda too, it has been a successful season for Leipzig thus far. Fortuna were seconds away from claiming a crucial point at home to Borussia Dortmund last time out, but a late Erling Haaland strike leaves them in the relegation zone with only 3 rounds to play. They currently sit 16th, in the relegation play-off place and they will be desperate to keep winning to put pressure on Mainz above them. Dusseldorf are sure to have a game plan and will make life tough for Leipzig, but the hosts are a good side and should prevail at home.

Betting tip: RB Leipzig to win the match to nil ($1.65) Bet Now

RB Leipzig to win 2-0
