Kentucky Wildcats vs Georgia Bulldogs @ Sanford Stadium
Unbeaten teams meet in an important clash on Sunday morning, as the newly top-ranked Georgia Bulldogs face the 6-0 Wildcats.
Georgia has clearly been the best team after six games, following wins over Auburn, Arkansas and Vanderbilt. The 37-0 win over Arkansas is a good betting guide, and there doesn’t appear to be any slowing down the Bulldogs.
Kentucky is also in a good spot after winning its first six games. It scored an upset win over Florida two weeks ago before putting away LSU 42-21 last week. Those wins are quality efforts, but can they hang with the nation’s best team?
Bookmakers have the line at 21.5 points, which is a sizable for when two ranked teams play. Kentucky is just outside the top 10, and it could sneak into the top 10 even with a loss, so long as it keeps the game close.
Georgia allows only 5.5 points on defence, which could make it hard for Kentucky to score. It’s a game that could get out of hand early, so we’re taking Georgia to make another statement.
Bet: Georgia Bulldogs –21.5 @ $1.92 – Bet @ Sportsbet

Alabama Crimson Tide vs Mississippi State Bulldogs @ Davis Wade Stadium
It has been a long time since the Crimson Tide found themselves outside the top four, but last week’s loss to Texas A&M wasn’t well received.
Alabama scored 38 points in the 41-38 defeat, but the typically stout defence was nowhere to be seen. It’s a concern for this team, which still has eyes on a playoff spot, which will likely come if they have only one loss on the record.
Bookmakers still have Alabama on the second line of betting for the National Championship, so the confidence hasn’t taken too much of a hit.
Mississippi State is 3-2 following a win over Texas A&M two weeks ago. That form has been franked, so despite losing to LSU and Memphis by five combined points, the Bulldogs could give Alabama a run for its money.
Punters get +17.5 point for the home team, and with a big crowd expected, it could be enough. Alabama should win, but we’re predicting a close game.
Bet: Mississippi State Bulldogs +17.5 @ $1.85 – Bet @ Sportsbet

TCU Horned Frogs vs Oklahoma Sooners @ Memorial Stadium
TCU isn’t the same force in college football that it used to be, but the Horned Frogs are hanging in there.
They scored a much-needed win over Texas Tech last week, which could steer them in the right direction. The 52-31 performance was a good offensive effort, and they’re good enough to keep up with Oklahoma on offence.
The Sooners come off an incredible 55-48 win over Texas. The game looked finished, but a key quarterback change sparked the Sooners into gear.
Ranked fourth in the nation, we would like to see more from the Sooners. Their last four games have been decided by a touchdown or less, and considering the level of opposition, it’s not a good statistic. They played Nebraska, West Virginia, Kansas State and Texas, so no highly-ranked teams.
We’re unsure if Oklahoma can cover the 13.5-point spread. It’s a sizable margin, and despite playing at home, TCU should make this a close game.
Bet: TCU Horned Frogs +13.5 @ $1.90 – Bet @ Sportsbet
