The second test between India vs Australia starts on Friday night and Australian fans will be hoping for a more competitive result.
We tipped India to win at $1.75, so our readers were happy. However, we would have loved to have seen the Australians produce some sort of effort.
Money has come for India at $1.47, but can the visitors turn it around and pull off an upset at $4.25?

India vs. Australia Betting Tip
It couldn’t have gone much worse for Australia in the opening test. India scored a modest 400 on a wicket that clearly favoured the bowlers, but Australia replied with totals off 177 and 91 in a dismal effort.
Turning that loss around isn’t going to be easy. Conditions in India favour the home side, and although there was some controversy about the pitch being tailored to their team, it didn’t seem to make much of a difference.
It’s all about the mental attitude for Australia, which is going through a tough time of it. However, when the chips are down, Australia has a way of showing the world they’re still one of the best teams in test cricket.
Suffering a humiliating loss can go one of two ways; they can get down on themselves and play even worse, or they can get even. We think Australia is worth a bet at the current odds of $4.25. Not often will punters get those odds for Australia to win a test match.
Things will need to change, including the likes of David Warner and Usman Khawaja staying in the crease for longer than what felt like a few minutes. The opening batsman are crucial in this test and Australia needs to build a platform.
Most of their wickets came via LBW, so Australia had trouble reading the spin. With that experience under their belt, expect a better showing and they should at least give punters a good sight for their money.

India vs Australia Top Run Scorer Tips
We cashed with Rohit Sharma last week, so there’s no reason to jump off his back in the second test.
He scored over a century in the first and only innings for India, which set them up for a solid total to get things started.
If Sharma gets off to a hot start again, he could be the player of the series. Punters got $4.50 for Sharma last week and we’re not surprised to see those odds shorten to $4.
He’s always a good bet in top run scorer markets and he’s worth following.
For the Australians, we’re looking at Warner to get off to a better start. He has been disappointing recently, and he’s better suited to Australian conditions, but don’t doubt his class.
He has drifted massively to $8 for the first innings top run scorer, but we think that will spur him on to a big performance. He’ll need to handle the spin, but we’re prepared to take the risk.
Betting tip: Rohit Sharma @ $4 and David Warner @ $8 Bet @ betr

India vs Australia Top Wicket Taker
Todd Murphy was the surprise top wicket taker for Australia in the first test with a massive seven-wicket haul.
Murphy has shortened significantly with bookmakers at $3.75, but we’re going to stick with Nathan Lyon at $3.
He had only one wicket in the first test, which is why Australia struggled. Therefore, Lyon should be better prepared to produce the goods and he’s the favourite for a reason.
Ravindra Jadeja had a field day in the first test with five wickets. The conditions were right up his alley and nothing much should change in the second test.
Back Jadeja to be India’s top wicket taker again at $3.
