2019/20 EPL Week 11 Preview

Bournemouth vs Manchester United – Vitality Stadium

Bournemouth ($3.4)

Manchester United ($2.25)

Draw ($3.6)

Fresh from their first away win of the season at Norwich, Manchester United arrive on the South Coast full of confidence. Bournemouth’s lack of consistency has held them back in recent weeks but Eddie Howe’s side will be looking to stay in the top half as they find themselves with 13 points acquired from their opening 10 games. Manchester United meanwhile have showed real resolve in recent weeks, drawing with Liverpool before picking up away wins at Partizan Belgrade, Norwich City and Chelsea in three different competitions. This should be an absolute fire cracker on the South Coast that United should come through with all three points in the bag.

Betting tip: Manchester United to win the match ($2.25) – Bet Now

Manchester United to win 2-1

Arsenal vs Wolves – Emirates Stadium

Arsenal ($1.78)

Wolves ($4.9)

Draw ($4)

Arsenal will be looking to bounce back from a string of bad results as they welcome Wolves to the Emirates. The Gunners blew a 2 goal lead against Crystal Palace in the league before being edged out by Liverpool on penalties in the Carabao Cup and the pressure is mounting on Unai Emery. Wolves meanwhile failed to build on their famous 2-0 win at Manchester City as they were held by Southampton at home before pinching a point at Newcastle and being knocked out of the Carabao Cup. With so many plates to spin, Nuno Esporito Santo’s men will be happy that they sit 13th in the table currently. Wolves will make this difficult for Arsenal but the Gunners should prevail here.

Betting tip: Arsenal to win the match and both teams to score ($2.65) – Bet Now

Arsenal to win 2-1

Aston Villa vs Liverpool – Villa Park

Aston Villa ($9.25)

Liverpool ($1.38)

Draw ($5.45)

Liverpool travel to Aston Villa fresh off the back of their Carabao Cup classic with Arsenal. Jurgen Klopp’s men sit 6 points clear at the top of the league and continue to fight on four fronts this season with domestic trophies at the forefront of their thinking in 2019/20. For Villa meanwhile, this will be seen as a free hit with Dean Smith’s men coming into this game off the back of a good win in the Carabao Cup over local rivals Wolves and a three point cushion above the relegation zone. The atmosphere at Villa Park is sure to be electric but the Reds are too strong for most Premier League sides and should pick up a solid win on the road here.

Betting tip: Liverpool to win the match and both teams to score ($1.95) – Bet Now

Liverpool to win 3-1

Brighton vs Norwich City – AMEX Stadium

Brighton ($1.75)

Norwich City ($4.85)

Draw ($4.2)

Graham Potter’s Brighton host Norwich City in what has the makings of a highly entertaining fixture at the AMEX. Brighton have impressed at times this season and the manner of their comeback win over Everton last time out is sure to give the Seagulls plenty of confidence going into this one. For Norwich meanwhile, things are already looking desperate as they sit 19th in the table, two points adrift from safety and with only one point collected on the road so far this season. Norwich will carry a goal threat but Brighton are a strong side and they should out gun the Canaries here.

Betting tip: Brighton to win the match and both teams to score ($2.75) – Bet Now

Brighton to win 2-1

Manchester City vs Southampton – Etihad Stadium

Manchester City ($1.11)

Southampton ($32)

Draw ($11)

Two sides face off for the second time in a week as Manchester City host Southampton at the Etihad. The two sides met on Tuesday in the Carabao Cup, with City running out 3-1 victors and they will be keen for a repeat score line here. Second placed City will look to maintain the pressure on Liverpool at the top of the league and have looked in good nick since returning from the international break. Southampton were on the receiving end of a Premier League record at home to Leicester last time out as they lost 9-0 and restoring pride will be the order of the day here. Southampton will seek damage limitation but City are too strong for most sides put in front of them lately, especially at home.

Betting tip: Mancester City to win the match to nil ($1.7) – Bet Now

Manchester City to win 3-0

Sheffield United vs Burnley – Bramall Lane

Sheffield United ($2.26)

Burnley (3.7)

Draw ($3.3)

Sheffield United host Burnley in what promises to be a fascinating encounter in South Yorkshire on Saturday. The Blades have been the league’s surprise package and currently reside in 8th following their famous win over Arsenal, backed up with an important point on the road at West Ham. Burnley meanwhile sit in 13th position and are slipping down the table following a promising start. Their loss to Chelsea last time out was a stark reminder of the defensive problems they currently have and they will be hoping to rectify that here. This should be a tight game that could well end up honours even in South Yorkshire.

Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.3) – Bet Now

1-1 Draw

West Ham United vs Newcastle United – London Olympic Stadium

West Ham United ($1.91)

Newcastle United ($4.45)

Draw ($3.8)

Manuel Pellegrini’s West Ham welcome Newcastle United to the London Olympic Stadium as they look to get back to winning ways. The Hammers have lacked consistency this term and once again failed to build on optimism with a loss at Everton and a draw with Sheffield United yielding just one point from their last two games. Steve Bruce’s Newcastle picked up a famous victory over Manchester United last month and built on that with a solid home point against Wolves last Sunday as they climbed out of the relegation zone by a point. West Ham aren’t in the best of nick but they should have too much about them for Newcastle at home here.

Betting tip: West Ham United to win the match and both teams to score ($2.45) – Bet Now

West Ham United to win 2-1

Watford vs Chelsea – Vicarage Road

Watford ($5.25)

Chelsea ($1.68)

Draw ($4.4)

Winless Watford welcome Chelsea to Vicarage Road on Saturday evening in what is an important game for both sides. The Hornets sit bottom of the table and are yet to pick up a win from their opening 10 games but the manner of their points picked up from their last 3 fixtures is sure to instill some confidence. Chelsea meanwhile are a team on the up and although the blues took a while to get going this term, they showed real class to destroy Burnley last time out and climb up to 4th in the Premier League table. Watford are sure to be up for this one but Chelsea should pick up a comfortable three points on the road here.

Betting tip: Chelsea to win the match ($1.68) – Bet Now

Chelsea to win 3-1

Crystal Palace vs Leicester City – Selhurst Park

Crystal Palace ($3.6)

Leicester City ($2.25)

Draw ($3.5)

Record breaking Leicester City travel to Crystal Palace as they look to maintain their place in the top 4. Palace have been in good form all season, epitomised by their 2-2 draw with Arsenal last time out and they will  be eager to give their home fans something to shout about here. Leicester meanwhile thrashed Southampton 9-0 last Friday in one of the most devastating displays the Premier League has ever witnessed. This should be a super game between two well matched sides and Leicester should just about prevail on the road.

Betting tip: Leicester City to win the match and both teams to score ($3.55) – Bet Now

Leicester City to win 2-1

Everton vs Tottenham – Goodison Park

Everton ($2.81)

Tottenham ($2.6)

Draw ($2.58)

Everton take on Tottenham in what promises to be one of the games of the weekend in the Premier League. Everton have struggled all season and the pressure has been ramped up on Marco Silva following his sides’ defeat to Brighton in the league but the Toffees are in the last 8 of the Carabao Cup. Spurs too are in desperate need of a win following their disappointing run of results that has left them 11th in the league table with 10 games played. This should be a really good game, with plenty of attacking talent on display and Spurs should register a much needed win.

Betting tip: Tottenham to win the match and both teams to score ($3.55) – Bet Now

Tottenham to win 2-1
