EPL Week 15 Predictions
—
Everton vs Liverpool – Goodison Park
Everton ($8.00)
Liverpool ($1.45)
Draw ($5.00)
The Merseyside derby is top of the agenda here, as Everton host champions elect Liverpool. It has been a tricky period for the Toffees, with goals hard to come but they are always up for contests like this. Liverpool meanwhile have no such problem, and their key players look up for the challenge once more, following a couple of quiet seasons. The atmosphere at Goodison will be rocking but Liverpool should cruise home here.
Betting tip: Liverpool to win the match ($1.45)
Liverpool to win 3-0
Crystal Palace vs Manchester City – Selhurst Park
Crystal Palace ($5.50)
Manchester City ($1.61)
Draw ($4.33)
Champions Manchester City have relinquished their hold on the Premier League title it seems, but they will want to bounce back here at Crystal Palace. The Eagles should be full of confidence, after overcoming Ipswich Town in midweek and they will be bang up for this one. City are truly reeling, with Pep Guardiola seemingly unsure of his best squad and this is always a tough assignment in South London. This will be tight and both sides could end up settling for a draw.
Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($4.33)
1-1 Draw
Aston Villa vs Southampton – Villa Park
Aston Villa ($1.47)
Southampton ($7.00)
Draw ($5.20)
Aston Villa have been struggling a touch in the Premier League and they will be looking to get back on track here against Southampton. Villa appear to be lacking inspiration at both ends of the pitch currently and need a win to appease their restless home fans. Southampton meanwhile are starting to demonstrate some resilience under Russell Martin, and they will relish this challenge. That said, Villa need the points, and they should bag a much needed home win.
Betting Tip: Aston Villa to win the match ($1.47)
Aston Villa to win 3-1
Brentford vs Newcastle United – Gtech Community Stadium
Brentford ($2.75)
Newcastle United ($2.50)
Draw ($3.70)
Two sides hoping to finish inside the European places at the end of the campaign meet here, as Brentford host Newcastle in West London. The Bees are going very well currently, particularly at home and they will be bang up for the challenge of taking on Toon. Newcastle have been plodding along nicely this season, particularly on the road and they have a squad more than capable of challenging the top 6. This will be tight, with a draw potentially on the cards.
Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.70)
2-2 Draw
Manchester United vs Nottingham Forest – Old Trafford
Manchester United ($1.68)
Nottingham Forest ($5.50)
Draw ($4.00)
Ruben Amorim’s Manchester United take on Nottingham Forest next, as they look to build on their decent start under the man from Portugal. There are sure to be bigger challenges to come but United look to be on an upward curve currently. Forest are going very well indeed this season, particularly at home but this is a very tough challenge that they are facing here at United. This will be a tight one but United should prevail at home.
Betting tip: Manchester United to win the match ($1.68)
Manchester United to win 2-1
Ipswich Town vs Bournemouth – Portman Road
Ipswich Town ($3.40)
Bournemouth ($2.10)
Draw ($3.80)
It has been a tough spell for Ipswich Town in the Premier League and things don’t look to be getting any easier here, with Bournemouth up next. The Tractor Boys are a tough side to play against this term, but they are shipping too many goals to mount a credible survival bid currently. Bournemouth meanwhile are absolutely flying, banging the goals in and looking every minute like a top 10 side. This should be a good one, with Bournemouth the strong favourites to prevail.
Betting tip: Bournemouth to win the match ($2.10)
Bournemouth to win 2-1
Leicester City vs Brighton – King Power Stadium
Leicester City ($5.25)
Brighton ($1.67)
Draw ($4.20)
Leicester City are beginning to tick under new manager Ruud van Nistelrooy and Brighton wait for them next. The Foxes will be looking to mount a survival bid over the next few weeks and they have the raw materials to compete in the Premier League. Brighton meanwhile are going very well this season, and they have European football within their sights for next season. This won’t be an easy one to call and it could be a draw at the King Power.
Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($4.20)
1-1 Draw
Fulham vs Arsenal – Craven Cottage
Fulham ($5.80)
Arsenal ($1.60)
Draw ($4.33)
A London derby is on the agenda here, as Fulham host Arsenal. The Cottagers have been picking up plenty of good results this season and they look to be capable of pushing for a top half finish at the end of the campaign. Arsenal meanwhile are purring once more under Mikel Arteta and will want revenge for a defeat here last season. Fulham are dangerous but Arsenal are in great form at the moment, and they should prevail here.
Betting tip: Arsenal to win the match ($1.60)
Arsenal to win 3-1
Tottenham vs Chelsea – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Tottenham ($2.75)
Chelsea ($2.45)
Draw ($3.90)
Another huge London clash is on the agenda here, as Tottenham host Chelsea. Ange Postecoglou’s side continue to produce random results regularly and it is currently very hard to predict what Tottenham will do. Chelsea meanwhile are much more consistent at the moment and talk this week has been gathering momentum about a potential title push. This is always a great fixture and both sides may end up settling for a draw.
Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.90)
2-2 Draw
West Ham United vs Wolves – London Olympic Stadium
West Ham United ($2.00)
Wolves ($3.75)
Draw ($3.90)
Two struggling sides clash here, as West Ham welcome Wolves. Julen Lopategui is living a charmed life as West Ham manager and he will be hoping his side can find form, against his former employers. Wolves meanwhile suffered a big loss at home to Bournemouth last time out and Gary O’Neill is another manager seriously under the pump. Confidence will be low in both camps but perhaps West Ham could end up pinching the points here.
Betting tip: West Ham United to win the match ($2.00)
West Ham United to win 2-1
