Premier League Week 30 Predictions
—
Newcastle United vs West Ham United – St James’s Park
Newcastle United ($1.81)
West Ham United ($3.80)
Draw ($4.10)
Two teams looking to finish the season as strongly as possible meet here, as Newcastle take on West Ham at St James’s Park. The Premier League is the only thing Toon have to focus on now, following a limp FA Cup exit at Manchester City and Eddie Howe is a man fighting for his future on Tyneside. Meanwhile, West Ham do have the Europa League to rattle into this season, but they have been inconsistent in the Premier League, particularly on the road. This will be a tight one, with home advantage potentially telling for Newcastle.
Betting tip: Newcastle United to win the match ($1.81)
Newcastle United to win 2-1
Nottingham Forest vs Crystal Palace – City Ground
Nottingham Forest ($2.25)
Crystal Palace ($3.55)
Draw ($3.40)
A relegation scrap looks to be on the cards here, as Nottingham Forest welcome fellow strugglers Crystal Palace to the City Ground. Forest have been plugging away this season without much success and following their 4-point deduction last week, they now look to have a bigger job on their hands in terms of Premier League survival. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are looking to engineer a route to safety under new manager Oliver Glasner and early signs have been positive. This will be a good one, with a draw potentially the outcome in the East Midlands.
Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.40)
1-1 Draw
Bournemouth vs Everton – Vitality Stadium
Bournemouth ($2.20)
Everton ($3.40)
Draw ($3.70)
Bournemouth and Everton should return to action refreshed and ready to go here, as they clash on the south coast. The Cherries are well clear of relegation trouble this term and look to be pushing for a top half finish, despite some inconsistent recent results. Meanwhile, Everton are still battling away under Sean Dyche, as they look to stay in the Premier League for another season and they are always tough to beat. This will be another tight one, with a draw looking likely here too.
Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.70)
1-1 Draw
Sheffield United vs Fulham – Bramall Lane
Sheffield United ($4.8)
Fulham ($1.75)
Draw ($4.33)
Lowly Sheffield United will be looking to cling on to their last bastions of hope, as they take on Fulham at Bramall Lane. The Blades do look to be all but relegated this season unless Chris Wilder’s side can engineer some sort of great escape. Fulham meanwhile thrashed Tottenham last time out and are starting to tick along nicely under Marco Silva and they won’t want to let that slip here. This will be a good one, with Fulham primed to another win on their travels.
Betting tip: Fulham to win the match ($1.75)
Fulham to win 3-0
Tottenham vs Luton Town – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Tottenham ($1.25)
Luton Town ($12.00)
Draw ($7.5)
The race to finish inside the top 4 in the Premier League is intensifying and Tottenham look to be at the heart of it. Next up is the visit of Luton Town and both sides need points for different reasons here. Spurs have been brilliant and chaotic in equal measure this season, with their latest 3-0 loss to Fulham particularly chastening. Luton meanwhile are always tough to beat and never give in, but this should be a home win for Spurs, who badly need one here.
Betting tip: Tottenham to win the match ($1.25)
Tottenham to win 3-1
Chelsea vs Burnley – Stamford Bridge
Chelsea ($1.32)
Burnley ($10.00)
Draw ($6.00)
Having booked their spot in the FA Cup final, Chelsea will be looking to keep the momentum going against Burnley. Sat in mid-table, Chelsea have endured a rough campaign, but the blues will be looking to finish strongly and start building towards 2025. Burnley meanwhile managed to beat Brentford last time out and are sneaking towards safety, but they need a miracle and a win in West London would be just that, with Chelsea ready to run out comfortable winners here.
Betting tip: Chelsea to win the match ($1.32)
Chelsea to win 3-1
Aston Villa vs Wolves – Villa Park
Aston Villa ($1.67)
Wolves ($5.00)
Draw ($4.40)
A West Midlands derby is next on the agenda, as Aston Villa take on Wolves, with no love lost between these two sides. Villa are in the hunt for a top 4 spot this season, but recent results have been a bit iffy, with Tottenham and Manchester United breathing down their necks. Wolves meanwhile blew their chances of reaching the last 4 of the FA Cup but are in the hunt for a European football finish this season and who knows how far they can go. Villa need a win in this one and they should get it at home against Wolves here.
Betting tip: Aston Villa to win the match ($1.67)
Aston Villa to win 2-1
Brentford vs Manchester United – Gtech Community Stadium
Brentford ($3.30)
Manchester United ($2.20)
Draw ($3.82)
Manchester United travel to Brentford, fresh off the back of their infamous FA Cup win over Liverpool last time out. The Bees come into this one after losing to Burnley and their home fans will want a response in West London here. United meanwhile are dreaming of a FA Cup final, but they now need to focus on the Premier League and their push to finish inside the top 4. This will be really tight but United seem up for the fight and they should prevail here.
Betting tip: Manchester United to win the match ($2.2)
Manchester United to win 2-1
Liverpool vs Brighton – Anfield
Liverpool ($1.44)
Brighton ($7.00)
Draw ($5.60)
Liverpool take on Brighton, as they look to make the first move of the weekend in the Premier League title race. Whilst the quadruple dream has gone up in smoke, Liverpool remain the side to beat in English football this term and they will rattle into Brighton here. The Seagulls are in the chase for a top 8 finish and have enjoyed some good results against Liverpool in recent years, but the reds are stronger than ever, and they should come out on top handsomely at Anfield.
Betting tip: Liverpool to win the match ($1.44)
Liverpool to win 4-1
Manchester City vs Arsenal – Etihad Stadium
Manchester City ($1.91)
Arsenal ($4.20)
Draw ($4.00)
The other two sides in the title race do battle here, as Manchester City take on Arsenal at the Etihad. City continue to fight on three fronts this season, but they haven’t hit the heights of campaigns gone by and they may be a little vulnerable here. Arsenal meanwhile will be bang up for this, having edged past City a couple of times already this season and the Gunners will be desperate to lay down a marker here and they could pick up a famous win on the road in Manchester.
Betting tip: Arsenal to win the match ($4.20)
Arsenal to win 2-1
