F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix Race Winner

With the end of the season looming large, there is plenty on the line here in Baku, with precious points up for grabs across the grid:

Oscar Piastri @ $2.75

Having to let Lando Norris through at Monza last time out would have pinched the ego of most drivers but Oscar Piastri has shrugged it off with his usual style and he looks ready to go here in Baku. The Australian holds the cards still in the title race and if he can hold his nerve from here, a maiden F1 title is his.

Lando Norris @ $3.20

It may have only been a three point gain, but Lando Norris will be clinging on to the fact that he is closing in on Oscar Piastri at the top of the drivers standing, albeit very slowly. Norris doesn’t love street circuit tracks so he may look to limit any potential damage to his title bid here and settle for a podium spot, rather than push for the win too hard.

Max Verstappen @ $5.00

An impressive drive and a solid car performance was a timely reminder from Max Verstappen in victory in Monza that he is very much on a par with the two McLaren cars and he should come roaring back in 2026. This season, he looks to be racing for third place, and he will be looking to keep the momentum going here in Baku, a circuit he has enjoyed in the past.

The street circuit in Baku will be a real test of every driver’s capabilities, and a top 6 finish looks up for grabs for many drivers on the grid: –

Street circuits are second nature to Charles Leclerc, and he will be eager to put the pressure on those above him in the driver’s standings from the outset here. Baku suits his driving style, and his Ferrari car has been performing better in recent weeks.
