2021 F1 Brazilian Grand Prix – Tips, Predictions & Odds

Venue: Autódromo José Carlos Pace, Brazil.
Race Date: 14th November 2021

With only 4 races to go in the 2021 Formula 1 season, the stakes could not be higher as the circus rolls into Brazil. Fresh off his win at the Mexican Grand Prix last time out, Max Verstappen remains the man to beat in the Driver’s Championship, with a 19 point lead over Lewis Hamilton in second. As defending champion, Hamilton will of course be reluctant to see his title disappear and he, along with Mercedes team mate Valtteri Bottas will be bang up for the challenge here in Brazil.

Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix Predictions

F1 Brazilian Grand Prix Race Winner

With only 4 races to go in the Formula One season, it is very much now or never for some drivers and teams in Brazil here: –

Max Verstappen – $1.67

Having won at this track back in 2019, Dutchman Max Verstappen certainly knows what it takes to get over the line in the Brazilian Grand Prix. He has been in sublime form of late, epitomised by his impressive wins at both the American and Mexico Grand Prix(s) in his last two outings and stopping the ‘Flying Dutchman’ appears to be very difficult. With a 19 point lead and just 4 races left to run, he has his maiden Formula 1 world title hopes very much in his own hands and he has so far been calmness personified under pressure – something he will be hoping to maintain in Brazil.

Lewis Hamilton – $3.25

Defending Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton is a man under serious pressure as he arrives in Brazil. As he goes in pursuit of a record 8th F1 World Championship title, Hamilton inevitably has the weight of the F1 world watching and he has been quick to acknowledge his relative lack of resources in comparison to Red Bull this season. He was well beaten in his last two outings in Mexico and America, and he knows the enormity of the task facing him, every time he sets up on the grid.  He will be bang up for this one though and how he would love to derail Verstappen’s title charge.

Sergio Perez – $11.00

Mexican Sergio Perez was the toast of the town in Mexico City last time out, as he came home in 3rd place – to become the first ever Mexican to do so on home soil. Perez managed to push Lewis Hamilton all the way in Mexico City and his super speedy Red Bull car is the most potent and consistent vehicle on the grid. Perez has done a huge job for Red Bull this season and how he would love to be rewarded with another race win in Brazil this week.

Valtteri Bottas – $21.00

With only a handful of races left as a Mercedes driver, Valtteri Bottas is very much on his lap of honour. He started in pole position in Mexico last time out, only to encounter trouble at the first corner and end up finishing way down the pack when the chequered flag was raised. He heads to Alfa Romeo next season but will be keen to do his bit for the team, with the race for the Constructors Championship as tight as the battle in the Driver’s Championship.

F1 Brazilian Grand Prix Top Six Finish

2021 has thrown up its fair share of thrills and spills already this season and there will be plenty of racers fancying their chances of cracking the top 6 in Brazil this weekend:-

Carlos Sainz – $1.55

Ferrari have endured another tough season in Formula 1 and once again look to have a rebuilding job to undertake during the off-season. Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc have both impressed at times however this season and the Spaniard looks to be in decent form. He sits just 8.5 points behind Leclerc in the Driver’s Championships, and he will be out to try and catch his team mate with just 4 races left in the 2021 F1 calendar.

Lando Norris – $1.73

Whilst he still awaits his first ever F1 race win, young Englishman Lando Norris has been at the forefront of the superb season McLaren have enjoyed thus far. He will be desperate to end up in the top 5 in the Driver’s Championship and with the likes of both Ferrari drivers breathing down his neck, he knows he needs a performance here in Brazil.

Sebastian Vettel – $6.50

Three-time Brazilian Grand Prix winner Sebastian Vettel cannot seem to generate any sort of consistency in 2021 and finds himself 12th in the Driver’s Championship as a result. He has picked up some decent results in his Aston Martin though and with serious track knowhow, he looks overpriced to end up in the top 6 this weekend.
