F1 Monaco Grand Prix Expert Tips & Predictions

Venue: Monaco Street Circuit, Monaco.
Race Date: 7th June 2026

The most iconic stop of the Formula 1 season is very much upon us, as the Monaco Grand Prix comes calling once more.

In a season of stops and starts, there is a feeling that the 2026 campaign needs the familiarity of Monaco, with all its glitz and glamour, to bring some much needed eyes back on the campaign.

Thus far, it has been all about Mercedes and Kimi Antonelli, who has emerged from potential contender to the real deal, in a matter of weeks and his win in Canada a fortnight ago, simply underlined that.

However, the street circuit here in Monaco doesn’t appear to be the perfect fit for him nor Mercedes on paper, which should blow open the race to the field.

Home favourite Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton will be leading the charge for Ferrari, as they look to build on decent recent showings, while McLaren and Red Bull will also be looking to have their say.

Monaco always turns heads and this should be another spectacular weekend of racing.

F1 Monaco Grand Prix Race Winner Markets

The thrills and spills of Monaco are unrivalled in Formula 1, and this should be another pivotal weekend in the 2026 F1 season:

Charles Leclerc @ $3.00

Having got the monkey of a Monaco win off his back in 2024, Charles Leclerc looks well set to be in the mix again here.

No driver on the grid has his intricate knowledge of the street circuit and his ability to carry speed through all of the trials and tribulation Monaco has to offer, sees him start as the strong favourite.

He is yet to pick up a race win this season, but he showed up well in plenty of outings this term and this could be a chance for him to top the podium.

Lewis Hamilton @ $5.50

Similarly, his Ferrari team mate Lewis Hamilton showed up brilliantly in Montreal last week and he looks to have his vim and vigour back.

Winning in Monaco would be seismic for the Brit, who has enjoyed mixed results there over the years but his ability to navigate the tricky track is unquestioned.

Ferrari have backing and expectation for the first time in a while and how Hamilton will want to follow up on that this weekend.

Kimi Antonelli @ $6.50

Going against a driver that has won his last four races does feel a bit risky, but Kimi Antonelli simply isn’t being backed to get it done in Monaco this weekend.

He has surged to the top of the driver’s standings this term and his title-winning credentials are unquestioned but whether he can get the job done in Monaco remains to be seen.

As an unknown quantity in relative terms, he could struggle with what Monaco throws at him but a podium or better here and people will be starting to believe that the title is his already.

F1 Monaco Top Six Finish Markets

Cracking the top six here in Monaco would be a good showing for anybody on the grid and there are some very important points to be won:

George Russell @ $1.20

Having seen his Mercedes team mate Kimi Antonelli surge ahead in the individual standings this term, George Russell will be feeling the heat here in Monaco.

This has never been a circuit he has loved but the Brit has one of the best cars on the grid and he will need to dig in here and put points on the board.

Lando Norris @ $1.30

Defending champion Lando Norris has been on the periphery this term but he remains a serious contender if his car is playing ball.

Norris continues to plug away, in a McLaren car that isn’t as responsive as last year, but Monaco should provide a decent test for him, and he tends to up his game when it matters.

Pierre Gasly @ $7.00

The Monaco street circuit always throws up some unpredictable results and Pierre Gasly could be the beneficiary this weekend.

For the Frenchman, this is a circuit that holds plenty of memories and his sharp driving style could make him a good fit to sneak into the top six.
