F1 Spanish Grand Prix Race Winner

The European swing of the global F1 calendar is in full flow and this should be another exciting weekend here in Barcelona:

Oscar Piastri @ $2.75

Following a decent weekend in Monaco last time out, Oscar Piastri will be desperate to kick on again here in Barcelona. Podium finishes have become the minimum expectation for Piastri this season and he will be looking for more here in Catalunya.

Conditions on the classic circuit, as opposed the street nature of Monaco should be an ideal fit for Piastri and he tops the market here in the eyes of most.

Lando Norris @ $2.90

A superb drive in Monaco last weekend has seen Lando Norris surge back into the race to win the driver’s championship this season and the Brit will be looking to back that up here in Barcelona.

Holding his nerve in Monaco, with the chasing pack assembling behind him, feels like a big step forward for Norris, who will be looking to lay down the gauntlet to Piastri and the rest of the big names here in the Spanish sunshine.

Max Verstappen @ $5.00

While Red Bull clearly have limitations with their car this season, for as long as they have Max Verstappen in the driving seat, they have a serious chance of mounting a title challenge.

The Dutchman had to settle for 4^th in Monaco last week, once again maximising the most he could out of his car, and he will be relishing a return to a track circuit here and he will be in the mix in Barcelona.

F1 Barcelona Grand Prix Top Six Finish

This should be another fantastic weekend of action in Catalunya and there is plenty at stake for all the biggest names on the grid in Barcelona –

Charles Leclerc @ $1.15

Monaco is always a race that Charles Leclerc relishes and in his hometown event, he pushed Lando Norris all the way – picking up a warranted 2^nd place finish in the process.

Here in Barcelona, the picture feels a touch trickier, with Ferrari battling consistency issues this term but there is no questioning the threat that Leclerc poses. Building on his strong showing in Monaco will be key and Leclerc looks ready to push for a top 6 spot in Barcelona.

George Russell @ $1.33

George Russell wasn’t on his own in struggling in Monaco last weekend and he will be delighted to see a return to the track here in Barcelona.

Mercedes have a young and exciting team, with inconsistency to be expected but Russell is the leader of the pack, and he will be looking to put in a decent performance and push for a podium this weekend in Catalunya.

Kimi Antonelli @ $2.20

In a very similar vein, Kimi Antonelli really grappled with conditions in Monaco, being lapped three times by eventual winner Lando Norris, in what was a race to forget.

However, Antonelli has impressed hugely this season for Mercedes and with some less pressure on him following a tough weekend last time out, he could bounce back and crack the top six in this one.
