We have expert betting tips for the RBC Heritage this week, which features a quality betting field.
Headlining golf betting markets is Scottie Scheffler, who looks to win his second PGA Tour tournament this year following a second placing at The Masters last week.
We look at the best RBC Heritage picks for the signature PGA Tour tournament.
Best Bet
Slow starts have cost Scheffler a few tournaments this year, but none more important than last week at Augusta National. It was another big effort on the weekend to bridge the gap and force Rory McIlroy to make a five on the last.
He doesn’t enjoy running second in majors but teeing it up this week is the best way to get over that disappointment. He hit the ball well, but missed putts when it counted, so if he rolls the ball well at the RBC Heritage, he should win.
We would have been happy with $4 for Scheffler, so the $5 is a good price for the best golfer in the world.
Best Value Bet
Russell Henley is another American coming off a good performance at The Masters, and being one of the best putters on the PGA Tour is enough to take him close.
The 37-year-old is a five-time winner on the PGA Tour, but he could have easily won more. He won the 2025 Arnold Palmer Invitational, which is one of the harder tournaments, and it bodes well for this week.
If he is anywhere near the top of the leaderboard after the first round, he should stick around on Monday and give punters a good sight.
Best Roughie
We don’t know why Chris Gotterup is paying $51 to win. The 26-year-old comes off another solid major result last week, and he has won more tournaments than most golfers in the last 12 months.
The 26-year-old keeps going under the radar despite winning four tournaments since 2024, including the 2026 Phoenix Open in February. He also has a Scottish Open win when beating Rory McIlroy by two shots, so he’s a quality golfer.
The $51 odds are too good to be true, so we’re snapping up the price before it firms later in the week.
Next Best
Despite getting virtually no screen time in the fourth round of The Masters, Jake Knapp quietly went about his business with an 11th.
We have been in his corner for most of his tournaments this year, and we’re not about to jump off his back. He is a quality player, and it won’t take him long to get back to his winning ways.
He has one of the best swings on the tour, so he’s always hard to leave out of golf picks. Punters get $36, so he’s worth backing to win with RBC Heritage picks.
Top 10
We’re sticking with players coming off a strong Masters performance, including Harris English.
He posted a top 30 finish when going even par in the final round, and that should give him confidence heading into the RBC Heritage.
$6 to finish in the top 10 is a good price, so include him in your golf picks this week.
