Rocket Classic Tips & Predictions

Best Bet

Collin Morikawa @ $11.00

It has been a long time between drinks for Collin Morikawa, who is a two-time major championship winner, and he needs to take advantage of the field this week.

The world’s biggest names have chosen to have a week off following a tough schedule, which leaves Morikawa at the top of golf betting markets. He has been close to breaking through in harder tournaments, so we’re not surprised by the market confidence.

He used to be the best striker on the PGA Tour, so if he gets anywhere near his best, he should put this field away as an $11 chance.

Next Best

Harry Hall @ $34.00

There has been some noticeable market movement for Harry Hall, who has firmed into $34, which is an interesting move for the British golfer.

Hall finished ninth last week at the Travelers Championship, which is a good outing, and he has been threatening to win another tournament since breaking through at the 2024 ISCO Championship when beating mostly second-tier players.

He shot –22 to win, so that’s a good score, and it will be good enough to win the Rocket Classic. Therefore, considering the money coming for him, we’re happy to include him in our Rocket Classic predictions this week.

Best Value Bet

Luke Clanton @ $41.00

Luke Clanton performed well on the PGA Tour as an amateur, and although yet to win as a professional, he finished T10 in this event last year, which is an ideal form guide.

The 21-year-old has numerous top 20 finishes on the PGA Tour, and he could break through for a win in 2025, especially when the likes of Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy aren’t in the field. That could see Clanton go close and post a win or a top 10 finish.

Punters get $41 for Clanton to win, and we recommend including him in top 10 and top 20 picks as well. He knows the course well, which is a bonus.

Best Roughie

Rasmus Hogjaard @ $51.00

We love backing the Hojgaard brothers, and with Rasmus playing slightly better, we’re happy to include him in our Rocket Classic picks.

He has played well in 2025, and he’s looking to make a run at a Ryder Cup spot later this year. It’s up for grabs, so a strong finish this week could be enough to book his spot as a potential captain’s pick.

Getting $51 for a player of his quality is great shopping, and we can’t turn down those odds. If he’s playing with confidence, he’s tough to stop.

Top 20

Cameron Young @ $2.40

It has been a case of so close yet so far for Cameron Young, who threatens to win his first PGA Tour tournament but keeps coming up short.

The American and former PGA Tour Rookie of the Year is playing well enough in 2025 to warrant attention, and like many golfers in this field, he won’t get a better chance to post a top result.

Include the $2.40 odds in golf bets this week.
