Angle Park Greyhound Racing Tips
Race 1. 7.07PM SENTRACK on The SEN App Grade 6 – 515 metres
#3 Springvale Ortiz – $4.20 – Bet Now
Recaptured some form going back to Gawler recently for a win and a second in good time which has stacked us up a god reference for Angle Park of late.
How the propensity to step well from a low draw in three and back to his best has run 29.71 here in the past.
Was racing like the likes Coorong Lucy and Danyo’s Charlie a month ago this represents a massive drop in class.
Race 2. 7.25PM BGC Industrial Cleaning Supplies Maiden – 515 metres
#1 Springvale Cher – $4.60 – Bet Now
Tough race picking out of the maidens but Springvale Cher has shown enough over the last month that she’s ready to break through and this looks her race to do it.
Slowly away she has struggled from middle boxes getting a long way back and running into the places, if she is able to camp on the fence from box one and get mobile lately she looks the strongest of these by a fair margin.
Race 3. 7.49PM Sky Racing 0-4 Wins – 600 metres
#2 Zipping Ted – $3.60 – Bet Now
Gets another crack at the six hundred metres here after a sustained period of form over the 515 four straight runs around the thirty second flat mark.
Has been over the distance twice earlier in his career and failed but finds a nice graded race here where he should be able to push forward from a favourable inside draw and with more miles in the legs see the 600 metres out.
Race 4. 8.10 PM GRSA.COM.AU 0-4 Wins – 600 metres
#8 Scarred Warrior – $3.40 – Bet Now
Had his first start over the 600 metres at Angle Park last time out and was all too good a comfortable winner in 35.21, a good debut.
Former Victorian has gradually improved each run in South Australia, now fifth up fitness should be peaking and in this field have the box manners to but himself in the race from the eight and prove very hard to beat.
Race 5. 8.34PM Giddy-Up Mixed 4/5 – 515 metres
#7 Jervois Boy – $7 – Bet Now
Surprised to see this rejuvenated runner come up at this quote, the veteran has won his last two here in fine fashion going a career best 29.90 when leading all the way last time out.
Has the potential to be a bit sticky early from the draw the outside quartet all with similar first sectionals, but on recent form he gets the nod even if he can’t cross and win the way he’s running a place looks likely.
Race 6. 8.55PM Follow THEDOGSSA On Twitter Grade 5 – 515 metres
#6 Ashby Mayhem – $2.80 – Bet Now
Was as brave as anything gunned down in the shadows of the post over the 600 metres last start after flying the lids, drops back to the 515 comes up with box six again and looks to have a bit of class on these.
Has been racing in imperious form at Gawler over the 531 and her small body of work at Angle Park has her two for two, if she can hold out Established from box seven, she should have a hattrick.
Race 7. 9.19PM Secure Racing Logistics Mixed 3/4/5 – 600 metres
#4 Coorong Lucy – $1.50 – Bet Now
South Australia’s sprint queen steps up to the middle distance for the first time in her career and the way she’s been running on late in her races indicates the extra ground should be no trouble at all.
Consistently first out over the 515 in Free For All company if she handles the 600 metres boxes she should lead this for fun, her last couple of victories she’s shown the ability to come from off the pace to win as well, she does it at both ends and should be too good.
Race 8. 9.40PM You.Me.6Weeks Open – 515 metres
#3 Hot Sophie – $3.70 – Bet Now
Another bitch who’s brought exemplary Gawler form to Angle Park and gone on with it, in the space of three weeks and three wins she found herself in Open Company two starts ago beating Alfieri and Coorong Lucy.
Has been faultless at box rise even nosing out Coorong Lucy for early pace, has never started from the three but her record off the inside two boxes in excellent.
Race 9. 10.01PM Accell Therapy Free For All – 731 Metres
First Four # 1, 7, 5, 3 – Bet Now
Exacta # 1,7 – Bet Now
Sir Truculent $1.20 won’t get toppled her barring a miracle, if you want to play in this race a first four or exacta is suggested to get some value.
No Surrender in the seven was disappointing from a wide box last time out but is a different dog when he begins, and although the market doesn’t say so he looks a more attractive prospect than Mrs. Bellawood to run second.
Kiranna Blue is a fair way off these and should finish fourth of the four.
Race 10. 10.25PM Kurt Donsberg Photography Grade 6 – 515 metres
#2 Yarindale – $2.60 – Bet Now
Talented dog just hasn’t been able to draw a box lately and it stronger grade and only moderate out of the boxes hasn’t got a look in.
The low draw is where he wants to be, Fabs You Go may lead him early from the three but he’s got a superior motor and as long as he can stay in touch should be getting last crack at them.
Race 11. 10.41PM GAP SA Grade 5 – 515 metres
#8 Danyo’s Rosie – $3.80 – Bet Now
Has built a very attractive career record including two wins out of her last three at track and distance, breaking 30 seconds (29.96) from box seven two starts ago.
American Man in the seven is slow early and she should get every chance to get an unimpeded run across the field.
