Angle Park Greyhound Racing Tips

Race 1. 7.10PM McQueen’s Tavern SA Bred Grade 6 – 515 metres

#1 Dakota Roxy – Bet Now

Exciting start to this bitch’s career, second start flogged them running 30.02 here from box seven first time over the 515 and didn’t look like getting tired late, followed that up with a 22.37 win over the 388 metres here.

Draws inside for the first time, previously has only been as close as box four and looks to be a huge advantage, Quinnish in the two tends to drift off a bit and may make it tough for others to cross, Dakota Roxy to lead and win.

Race 2. 7.28PM SENTRACK on the SEN App Maiden – 515 metres

#3 Hali’s Girl – Bet Now

Has run into some handy types at her first three starts and has not been disgraced, very consistent running similar time and looks to have found a race to break through in.

Should beat the inside brigade out, the question mark is over the seven and eight who both on debut are, but it’s not easy task to win from out there having not seen the boxes, sticking with the exposed form.

Race 3. 7.52PM Sky Racing Free For All – 731 metres

#4 Miss Bellawood – Bet Now

Had her colours lowered by No Surrender who she meets again here last week, but time wise was a good three tenths off her best and can atone for getting run over late this week.

Very field savvy from a wide draw last week to get into a great spot, struck this lead uncharacteristically didn’t finish off.

She maps well to get the drop of them again this week and if she can get back to what she usually runs over the trip will be winning.

Race 4. 8.13PM BGC Industrial Supplies Grade 6 – 515 metres

#6 Skylar Jen – Bet Now

Likes to mix her form a little bit, but her one run at Angle Park was outstanding a 30.11 winner over the smart Foxy Cruiser leading all the way.

Has shown great early dash over the short course and doesn’t seem to mind a middle draw, there’s nothing else in this field that jumps of the page at you like she does.

Race 5. 8.37PM Giddy-Up Grade 5 – 515 metres

#8 Alinga Jess – Bet Now

Her best is very very good a 29.69 effort here five starts back from box seven showing her talent from the wide draw and ability to burn early.

Has mixed her form at Murray Bridge since then, but the personal best is hard to ignore as she comes back to Angle Park and jumps from box eight, with speed in five and six she might get the perfect run across.

Race 6. 9.01PM Secure Racing Logistics Mixed 4/5 – 515 metres

#1 Golden Knight – Bet Now

Ex-Victorian now with the Murray camp made a seamless debut winning over the 400 metres at Gawler, but his Victorian form shows he’s made for the 515 metres and three wins from four tries from box one helps him here.

Before coming across a couple of months ago he ran 29.77 at Sandown Park out of box one, a time that stacks up with some very good dogs, if he handles the track, he’ll be hard to beat.

Race 7. 9.23PM Accell Therapy Open Stake – 515 metres

#7 Long Gully Barny – Bet Now

Not the best dog in the race but from this draw maps nicely to cut and run leaving some of the more fancied dogs behind.

Loves box seven and eight has never missed a place from either and has gone 4.33 to the first mark here which will see him crossing this field and once he gets on the bunny he goes into another gear.

Has been beaten last two times out by Shadow Mist who has his claims here from box eight, but may just get left behind early, for a nice each way quote stick with Long Gully Barny.

Race 8. 9.43PM 2020 SA Champion Puppy Final – 515 metres

#5 Major Major – Bet Now

Has the runs on the board over this field of young stars, twenty-four starts, twelve wins, seven at the track and distance he just knows how to win and his confidence will be full to the brim after a scintillating 29.66 performance from the same box in last week’s heats.

He’s seen the track and won more here by some margin and there’s not a box he can’t bounce and win from, will take a lot of beating.

Race 9. 10.04PM GRSA.COM.AU Mixed 5/6 Grade – 600 metres

#7 Ashby Mayhem – Bet Now

Known for her 515-metre prowess, most recently a 29.80 winner here two starts ago gets a second crack at the 600 here where she was far from disgraced running second first go.

Good sign the kennel is keen to have another dip at the distance after that first run and the wide draw could really suit here, holds her width well and should slide up to lead or sit outside the speed and show some improvement second up.

Race 10. 10.25PM BGC industrial Cleaning Supplies Grade 6 – 515 metres

#1 Invincibility – Bet Now

Has been very solid in some strong juvenile races here early in his career, five starts for three placings at the track and has been drawing a lot of tricky boxes.

Has gone 4.44 early here and his wins at Gawler has displayed similar box manners, gets the red for the first time in his career which looks ideal should be prominent and every chance of improving on his 30.25 best here.

Race 11. 10.41PM Kurt Donsberg Photography – Grade 5

#2 Fantastic Pippa – Bet Now

Looks ideally suited her in Grade 5 company and a low draw to go with it, has been winning here lately in good time despite constantly drawing off the track, back to the fence where she’s gone 29.80 before she only has to clear the one to run away with this.

Fifty percent winning strike rate at the track and is set to build on that here.
