Angle Park Greyhound Racing Tips

Race 1. 7.07PM SENTRACK on the SEN App Grade 6 – 515 metres

#5 Skylar Jen – $5.50 – Bet Now

Chased Velocity Bottino gamely all the way to the line last week closing all the time in the run for an end margin of a length while running 30.15.

Comes up at juicy each way odds again this week and if she can get her first sectional back down to 4.41 rather than 4.51 should go very close to leading these and has shown in her two efforts here, 30.11 and 30.15 she is not afraid to chase either.

Race 2. 7.28PM – Sky Racing Maiden – 515 metres

#4 Another Peach – $3 – Bet Now

Had a starting price of $1.55 over the 388 metres on debut here and ran well despite missing the start for a game second.

The kennel and punters obviously have seen something they like about the dog, it’s a great sign to see him go straight to the 515 metres after the one short course start, if the market supports him get on.

Race 3. 7.52PM McQueen’s Tavern Maiden – 515 metres

#7 Spofforth – $3.60 – Bet Now

Plenty of raw ability here looks to be getting closer to putting it all together and strikes an easy maiden where he’ll get his chance.

Good form lines behind Coorong Dasher beaten two lengths last start again running around the 30.30 mark which should be good enough to win this.

4.50 early stacks up well in this race and he should be forward from a wide draw.

Race 4. 8.13PM You.Me.6Weeks Juvenile – 515 metres

#2 Oakvale Style – $7 – Bet Now

Represents the value here of this talented young bunch, a lot of attention on Coorong Nugget after winning the SA puppy race last week and fair enough.

Oakvale style was never a chance in that race from the squeeze box but gets back to box two where he’s won twice including a 29.88 effort here at Angle Park.

Take away last week and Coorong Nugget hadn’t been beginning anywhere near as well, Oakvale Style should test him early and give you a price too.

Race 5. 8.37PM BGC Industrial cleaning Supplies Grade 6 – 515 metres

#4 All Out Crazy – $3 – Bet Now

Prolific winner at SA tracks over the short course and a two-time winner over the 515 in sub thirty time as well, seems to be focused on the longer distance now and mix of speed and strength put him right in this.

Three and four starts back won here in sub thirty, followed up with a second in open company at Gawler and looks primed to ping the lids here and lead this field all the way.

Race 6. 8.58PM Kurt Donsberg Photography Stake Grade 5 – 515 metres

#8 Zipping Ted – $8.50 – Bet Now

Couldn’t get in from box seven last week getting checked off the track at the first corner, could have packed it in but continued to chase right to the line, although handily beaten was coming home with a wet sail for third.

In a race with a lot of early speed near the fence and runner probably chasing Maddie Me who will be getting tired late Zipping Ted looks a great each way play.

Race 7. 9.22PM Giddy-up Free For All – 515 metres

#6 Shadow Mist – Bet Now

Simply can’t pass up on this dog the form he’s racing in, has answered every question asked of him here at Angle Park, his only defeat coming to Coorong Lucy who he’s gone on to beaten since.

Wide boxes were a question mark but a flying 29.47 from the eight last week put that to bed, the one and the two may go with him early, but he’s just too fast over the trip.

Race 8. 9.40PM Secure Racing Logistics Grade 5 – 515 metres

#3 Defy – Bet Now

Took a while to find his feet in South Australia but has been almost flawless over his last five runs, four wins and a placing albeit over the 600 metres.

Back to 515 here is not a great concern, his box manners have been exemplary, and he only has to stay out of trouble early to be coming over the top of these late, five wins from box three helps as well.

Race 9. 10.02PM Accell Therapy Free for All – 731 metres

#6 No Surrender – Bet Now

There’s been a shift of power over the staying trip since Sir Truculent went to Melbourne, Miss Bellawood, Boom Down and No Surrender all taking turns of winning over the 731 metres.

Leaning the way of No Surrender this week who likes to do it the hard way running wide on the corners and looked the winner last week until Boom Down swooped up the fence.

Boom Down shouldn’t get that run again and Miss Bellawood looks to have found her ceiling, no Surrender to get there late.

Race 10. 10.23PM @THEDOGSSA Mixed 4/5 – 600 metres

#1 Toora Ziggy – Bet Now

Gets everything in his favour here, dropping back down from the 731 metres he’s been taking over and leading mid-race just to fade in the last fifty metres.

Loves box one and only has to hold a spot on the rail to really get motoring mid-race and be doing his best work late, a 34.76 personal best over the trip where he pushed Coorong Lucy to her limit wins this.

Race 11. 10.42PM Follow The Dogs SA on Twitter Grade 6 – 515 metres

#2 Aston Athena – Bet Now

Has been in great touch here at Angle Park, running second in 30.04 and scored a much deserving win in 30.14 both from low box draws where she does her best work.

Only has to muster early to put herself right in the race and has far stronger claims than most of these.
