Angle Park Greyhound Racing Tips
Race 1. 7.10PM Sky Racing Grade 4 – 515 metres
#6 Fly For Fun – Bet Now
Misses out on the cosy red rug this week which saw him salute in 29.71 by five lengths here last week but maps well to get a good run across from box six with no speed in the outside quartet.
4.35 first section is the quickest in the race, may get some resistance from Winlock Huddy in the one early, but even if he can sit outside the lead has the time and runs on the board to win this.
Race 2. 7.34PM BGC Industrial Cleaning Supplies Maiden – 515 metres
#5 Star Jiggs – Bet Now
The Rawlings kennel know how to place their dogs and after three placings over the 400 metres at Gawler now looks the perfect time to step Star Jiggs up to 515 metre Thursday night class.
Finished within two lengths of the winner first two starts from box eight and has only one drawn outside him here in this small field, expect him to take a little time to wind up early before getting into his work.
Race 3. 7.55PM SENTRACK on The SEN App Grade 5 – 515 metres
#3 Major Major – Bet Now
Has mixed his form lately but is a dog that will only improve with experience and has a fantastic winning record from inside draws, should lead the inside brigade.
No luck here last two times out from difficult boxes, three starts back was a 29.99 winner here which looks more than competitive.
Race 4. 8.19PM Kurt Donsberg Free For All – 731 metres
#8 No Surrender – Bet Now
Going against South Australia’s best stayer Sir Truculent here, should get some good value around No Surrender who is the new kid on the block over the 731 metres and although he might not be the better dog this looks his race to get one up on the veteran.
Consistently first out over the staying trips should beat Sir Truculent for pace early and be able to lead these where he likes it, Sir Truculent has been racing week in and week out and if he gets too far back in this field I can see No Surrender pulling off the upset.
Race 5. 8.40PM You.Me.6Weeks Grade 5 – 515 metres
#4 Up Time Girl – Bet Now
Had everything against her last start box eight, tough race, complete forgive run.
Consummate professional over this track and trip shooting for win number eleven, has an outstanding box four record with five wins and seven placings and the ability to fly the lids.
Race 6. 9.05PM GRSA.COM.AU Free For All – 600 metres
#2 Double By Design – Bet Now
Tasted defeat for the first time over the six hundred at Angle Park two starts ago but bounced straight back with a 35.02 effort to be five from six at the track and distance.
Gets a lovely draw here only has to match motors with Master Chaos inside him to lead or be right on the pace early, should be winning again.
Race 7. 9.28PM @THEDOGSSA Open – 515 metres
#6 Coorong Lucy – Bet Now
Not much that hasn’t been said about this bitch, twenty-one time winner at the track and distance is currently on a brilliant streak which doesn’t look like ending here.
Has been flying out from outside boxes and drawn the six even if the improving Alfieri kicks through has developed the strength to sit outside and take over mid race.
She will go up a skinny quote, may use as a leg of a multiple.
Race 8. 9.52PM Only at The Dogs Grade 5 – 515 metres
#1 Premier Double – Bet Now
Looks like an ideal candidate to put with Coorong Lucy for a race to race double has a class edge on these and a draw to match.
Can mix his form but returned to the winner’s circle from box one last start despite missing the jump, has a scintillating 29.62 best here off the inside draw and last weeks confidence should do him the world of good.
Race 9. 10.10PM Accell Therapy grade 6 – 515 metres
#8 Love First – Bet Now
Should get a good each way quote about this runner, has plenty of ability just hasn’t been able to put it together at Angle Park, but strikes his easiest assignment yet.
Comes in off back to back wins at Gawler one over the flying 400 metres and last start from box eight over the 531 metres where he led all the way on both occasions.
Race 10. 10.28PM Secure racing Logistics Grade 6 – 515 metres
#8 Coorong Nuggett – Bet Now
Biggest test yet for this rising two-year-old who steps out here at just start number three after an impressive 30.02 effort last time out where he chased right through the line.
Was in a smaller field from an inside box on that occasion is going to have to give himself room early, but if he can land within striking distance is the one with the upside here.
Race 11. 10.46PM Giddy-Up Grade 6 – 515 metres
#4 Ainsley Flash – Bet Now
Another fairly week race with Snakebite Me looking like the other greyhound who could make this into a match race.
Ainsley Flash has been edging closer to a win here at Angle Park, almost crossing on multiple occasions before being held up.
If she can beat Snakebite Me out it puts the young dog in a position he hasn’t been in before chasing a leader and could get found out.
Race 12. 11.01PM GAP SA Grade 6 – 515 metres
#2 Cawbourne Clancy – Bet Now
Coming off a pair of seconds behind the undefeated Craggy Island over the short course at Murray Bridge, never able to match it early from wide boxes.
This looks much more suitable back to a track and distance where he has three of his four wins and moves right into box two, should allow him to punch up early and does have a best of 30.04 here a couple of months ago.
