#1 American Man – Bet Now
Deserves another chance this week after getting well out of his ground from the wide draw last Thursday, doesn’t ping the lids but should be closer from box one.
Was a big drop in company from Free For All to division 1, with a vacant box outside and no early speed from the inside boxes it’s his race to win.
Race 2. 7.34PM Sky Racing Maiden Stake Cta Division 1 – 515 metres
#8 Springvale Shine – Bet Now
Was good on debut last week less than two lengths behind the winner and she comes up with the same draw this week in a much easier field.
On exposed form she has the best box speed in the race and her other major danger in the betting Bella Bouchet, has failed to like up to her billings with a string of seconds.
Race 3. 7.55PM Kurt Donsberg Photography Stake Cta Division 1 – 515 metres
#2 Ainsley Flash – Bet Now
Another who gets a chance to atone this week, came to Angle Park with good Murray Bridge form but was unable to get into the race from box five.
Draws the two this week, can get out as well as any of these and has a best of 29.98 here which should hold up if she can match it.
Threaten is a big watch for Ben Rawlings, former Victorian SA debut, keep safe.
Race 4. 8.16PM Sentrack on the SEN App Free For All – 731 metres
#1 Sir Truculent – Bet Now
South Australia’s premier stayer showed his class again last week braining him competition.
Meets an interesting rival in Boom Down this week a dog that’s raced in Group One’s throughout the country but has spent time at Cannington most recently.
Playing the exotics may be the way to go, expect Ben Rawlings Couture to improve dramatically from an inside box after being shuffled back last week, but Sir Truculent is a safe multi banker.
Race 5. 8.40PM You. Me. 6 Weeks. Stake Division 2 – 515 metres
#3 Up Time Girl – Bet Now
By far boasts the best and most experienced record of this field at the track and trip and comes up with the three where she’s won two from four.
Very good pair of seconds a few starts ago behind Yarindale and Holy Reign, both of whom would be odds on for this race, big chance to bring up with number ten at Angle Park.
Race 6. 8.58PM Howard Ashton Cta Division 1 – 515 metres
#2 Maddison Kaye – Bet Now
Young bitch on the rise is going at more than a fifty percent win rate at the track and distance and comes into this chock full of confidence winning in 29.65 last week.
The challenge will come early with speed in five and eight trying to cross her, as long as she holds the rail look for another quick time.
Race 7. 9.20PM Howard Ashton Cta Division 2 – 515 metres
#8 Coorong Lucy – Bet Now
This bitch has amassed an amazing seventeen wins from twenty-four starts over the distance at Angle Park and is consistently down around the 29.50 mark.
Coorong Lucy is lightning early her first split 4.44 to the first mark, from the eight she should have every chance to muster and get to the fence first.
She may come up very short, if so Wooden Tiger looks a great each way bet, will be storming home late from box four, possible quinella?
Race 8. 9.43PM Secure Racing Logistics 4th/5th Grade – 515 metres
#5 Rouge – Bet Now
Speed to burn early the son of Fabregas has won four of his last five over the shorter courses at Murray Bridge, Sale and Angle Park but does have experience here over the 515 a best of 29.74.
Box manners off set the squeeze draw and looks like the one who will lead them, there are some strong dogs here, so start is vital.
Race 9. 10.08PM Industrial Cleaning Supply Mixed 2nd/3rd/4th Grade – 600 metres
#7 Two Times Twice – Bet Now
Fascinating battle here between early speed and the ability to close late, but backmarker Two Times Twice gets the edge in the small field over Double By Design.
A veteran over the 600 Two Times twice gets back in his races but charges home for Ben Rawlings, compiling a five from seven strike rate at the trip.
If he doesn’t give upstart Double By Design too much rope should reel him in late.
Race 10. 10.30PM @thedogssa Stake 6th Grade – 515 metres
#6 Yarindale – Bet Now
Went down as the well backed favourite last Thursday night, but in a race where nothing went right his effort to get within a couple of lengths at the finish was huge.
Wanted to push up the track from a low draw that day far better suited out of the six, good record from wide draws and a dog on the up looks the goods here.
Race 11. 10.49PM Accell Therapy Mixed Stake 5th/6th Grade – 600 metres
#8 Rev Fred Sloy – Bet Now
Got back to the 600 metres last start and despite finishing fourth hit the line strong and looks promising going forward.
A noted slow beginner he should let the inside boxes go early get his chance to balance up and launch late, his best is well up to this.
