Bold Trease Final Form Guide & Tips
(1) Black Silencer ($3.00)
He put the writing on the wall last start when scorching home for second behind Canya All Class, but can he turn the tables?
We think heāll be right in the mix, but we donāt think heāll have enough time to wear down Canya All Class, who could pinch a big break.
He goes into the mix regardless.
(2) Canya All Class (Best Bet – $3.20)
The son of Shima Shine narrowly held on last week but despite falling into win, he should be better for the effort.
If he gets a clean run to the first turn, he could put a space on his rivals, and it could leave the rest of the field with too much to do.
He doesnāt need luck, and thatās a good asset to have.
(3) Pass Mark ($23.00)
His form this season has been solid, but we think heās a few lengths behind the best staying greyhounds in this race.
Thatās reflected with the odds, so weāre leaving him out.
(4) Canya Amy (Best Roughie – $10.00)
She lost no admirers when second behind Shadows of Blue, and she didnāt get all favours in the run, which told late.
Weāre happy to put her in the mix at the price, and she could put pressure on Canya All Class at the front of the field.
The odds are well worth including for value.
(5) Ethanol Water (Best Each Way – $6.00)
It was good to see her return to form when beating Pass Mark by 5.5 lengths in the heat, and he was powerful down the back straight.
Luck is needed from the middle trap, but she is good enough to maneuver her way through the field and launch a strong late claim.
(6) Shadows of Blue ($51.00)
He scored an upset win in the heat at $14.00, but we canāt see him producing the goods again.
He benefitted from some rough racing, which could happen again, but he would need to lift a few lengths to be competitive.
(7) Ellaās Babe ($5.50)
The odds are slightly too short for Ellaās Babe, who ran second behind Flying Envy as a $1.40 chance.
She got too far back in the field before picking her way through and running out of time. However, getting back in these races isnāt ideal.
She could rattle home, so weāre not leaving her out, but itāll be a good performance to win.
(8) Flying Envy ($9.00)
She was a three-length winner at Sandown last week when beating Ellaās Babe.
The eight-time winner established a big lead and never relinquished, but despite drawing trap eight, weāre leaving her out.
There are better win chances in this race.
(9) Finniss Jewel ($15.00)
She is unlikely to run and unlikely to win if she gets into the field based on her last-start third placing behind Canya All Class.
(10) Payback ($51.00)
Doesnāt appear to have any chance of making her way into the final field.
