Race 2. (19:16) Shootout November 18 (515m)
#1 – In the Hub
In the Hub comes off consecutive wins, and the one-year-old looks set to win another.
The son of Fernando Bale gets every chance off the inside trap, and we expect bookmakers to open him at short odds.
He has more upside than most greyhounds in this race.
Race 4. (20:01) Calcutta Here November 25 (715m)
#7 – Icy Eyes
Icy Eyes is a prolific 10-time winner from 20 starts, and she’s the one they all need to beat.
The two-year-old owns 10 wins and six placings overall, and she won’t mind running at the track and distance for the first time.
We’re not expecting big odds on Thursday.
Race 7. (21:07) Greyhounds Entertainment (515m)
#2 – In Blue Jeans
In Blue Jeans comes off three consecutive wins, including one at the track and distance.
The three-year-old hasn’t done much racing throughout her career, with just 17 starts, but she has been tough to beat.
Her best time is competitive enough to win against this company.
Race 8. (21:38) Toongabbie Lodge (515m)
#8 – Spot Fox
Spot Fox owns six wins and two placings from nine starts, and it’s about time he won at the track and distance.
The two-year-old should appreciate getting a wide run where he can burn down the back straight.
Punters should look for each-way odds on race night.

Race 2. (19:25) Gap 26th Anniversary Maiden (530m)
#1 – Silver Spur
Silver Spur is getting close to winning after posting seven placings from 15 starts.
The one-year-old owns four placings from seven starts at the track and distance, and that form is solid enough.
Getting the inside trap is enough to win.
Race 7. (21:10) Gap Volunteers Stakes (530m)
#7 – Zoe Rose
Zoe Rose is a 10-time winner, and although those races weren’t big stake events, it’s still a good effort.
The two-year-old daughter of Feral Franky owns 10 wins and 18 placings from 51 starts, including four wins at the track and distance.
Getting trap seven adds to her appeal.
Race 8. (21:34) Eleanor Stakes (595m)
#5 – Springvale Bray
Springvale Bray owns 22 wins and 15 placings from 51 starts, including a win and a placing from two starts at the track and distance.
The three-year-old was too good for them at Gawler last time out, and a repeat of that effort would be good enough.
He just needs early luck from the trap.
Race 9. (21:59) Levrier Wines Stakes (530m)
#3 – Air Cruiser
Air Cruiser owns seven wins from 24 starts, and she should be right around the mark.
The three-year-old daughter of Panhandle Slim has treated punters well throughout her career, so there’s no reason to get off his back.
Punters should expect each-way odds.
