We have expert betting tips for the greyhound cards this Saturday at Wentworth Park and The Meadows.
There is always great value at Saturday greyhound meetings, and we have our best bets across the two cards.
Wentworth Park Racing Tips
Hera Rolex was too good for them at Wentworth Park last time out, and we like her chances of winning again.
The two-year-old daughter of Shima Shine is a nine-time winner overall and three-time winner at the track and distance, which is a good record.
The $3 odds are good enough to take, especially with the inside trap.
Stake: 1.5 Units
Canya Caviar is a quality type from the West, and she is good enough to make it five wins from seven starts.
The one-year-old daughter of Tommy Shelby won comfortably at Cannington last start, and there is little wrong with that form.
Her odds have drifted after opening at $2, but we’re not concerned.
Stake: 2 Units
Unleash in Miami doesn’t know how to run a bad race, and his overall record is incredible. He has 30 wins and 17 placings from only 58 starts, which is a great strike rate.
The four-year-old isn’t getting any younger, but he keeps producing the goods after scoring by six lengths here last start.
It’s a hot field, but he should go close at nice odds.
Stake: 1 Unit
Seeking four consecutive wins is Master McGraw, who won by 4.25 lengths at Wentworth Park last time out.
The two-year-old son of Feral Franky only needs to clear the inside dogs to find the front and kick clear, which is his best chance to win.
His odds have shortened, so include him in picks.
Stake: 1.5 Units
The Meadows Racing Tips
Two Wheel Johnny started his career with back-to-back wins at The Meadows before finishing second last time out.
He was no match for the winner, but the one-year-old son of Fernando Bale is still learning the game, and he’s quick enough to cross the field.
Look for a betting push on race day.
Stake: 1 Unit
Off the Chart hasn’t fired in his last two starts, but he showed explosive form prior to that with four consecutive wins.
The two-year-old son of Hooked on Scotch owns 15 wins from 25 starts, which is an exceptional record, and now he’s due a win at the track and distance.
We’re including him in greyhound multi bets on Saturday.
Stake: 2 Units
Mark Delbridge lines up Paw Monet, who comes off consecutive wins, which is good enough form to win this race.
The two-year-old daughter of Aussie Infrared is a 12-time winner overall, and she should enjoy being out wide on the track.
She is good enough to beat this field, so include her in picks.
Stake: 1.5 Units
It was good seeing Tribeca get back to his best last time out at The Meadows, and he’s good enough to beat this quality field.
The three-year-old loves running at the track and distance with five wins from six starts and getting the inside draw is ideal.
We expect his odds to be around $2.30, which is worth taking.
Stake: 2 Units
