Looking to get back to winning form is Last Stylebender, who scored at Cranbourne fresh up before placing at Ascot.
Having winning form in Victoria bodes well for racing in the west, and he was only narrowly run down on the line.
That was a good hit out, so put him on top.

The form is Flying Frankie is better than it looks this preparation, and we’re happy to give him another chance on Tuesday.
He was only 1.2 lengths behind the winner in a blanket finish last start, with Last Stylebender finishing second in that race.
The form could be franked in the first race.

Extreme Love represents good each-way value in this race, and she wasn’t too far away when fourth last time out.
The five-year-old gets in light weight 54kg, and that’s why we’re putting her in our selections as an each-way hope.
She could settle midfield and come with a big late finish.

Masmelo has been well-backed to score following a third placing at Belmont, and she looks set for big improvement.
The Neville Parnham-trained filly is a nice type at this level, and we don’t think she will take long to get off the mark.
She gets in light, which adds to her appeal.

Punters get each-way odds for Saulok, who didn’t fire at Ascot last start, but he’s much better than that.
The five-year-old son of Santos ran second at Northam two starts ago, and getting back to that form should take him close.
If he can handle Ascot, he should be competitive.

Savage Dancer won well on debut at Bunbury before placing at Belmont, and there is nothing wrong with that form.
The four-year-old mare by Shamus Award went down fighting at $6.50 odds, and we’re not surprised by the much shorter odds on Tuesday.
We’re happy to include her in our picks.

Boasting a win and three placings from four starts is Strapping Prophet, who hit the line well enough for third last start.
The four-year-old son of Universal Ruler will only be better for that effort, and he’s good enough to beat the odds-on favourite.
We’re happy to include him, especially at the odds.

Class is with Talkanco, who didn’t fire last start, but she was the best filly going around in the west last season.
The three-year-old filly is a four-time winner at Ascot, and she might have needed the fresh up run for her fitness levels.
$4 is an excellent price for a classy type.

Dominatus scored a close win to get off the mark last start, and he looks like a progressive colt.
The three-year-old by Ducimus has gone through his gears nicely, and rising to the mile should only help his cause.
We’re happy to include him in picks at the short odds.
