Ended We have expert betting tips for racing at Cranbourne on Wednesday, which includes eight races at the quality meeting.
Punters get good value odds for the Victorian meeting, and we have betting tips for every race on the card.
Race 1. (12:25) Ladbrokes Switch Maiden (1400m)
#8 - La Reina Vega @ $1.80

Graeme Begg lines up La Reina Vega, who finished second on debut at Seymour in heavy conditions.
The three-year-old filly by Lucky Vega was the beaten $2.20 favourite, but it was an encouraging performance, and she can handle this level of racing.
Barrier three with Jordan Childs racing adds to her hopes.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 2. (13:00) Become a Southside Member Maiden (1200m)
#6 - Koko @ $5.00

Koko is getting close to posting a maiden win after four placings from seven starts, including a second placing at Cranbourne last start.
The four-year-old daughter of Written Tycoon will need some luck from a wide draw, but with 1.5kg coming off her back, she is well-weighted.
We’re happy to keep backing her until she breaks through.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 3. (13:35) Down Syndrome Victoria Maiden (1500m)
#9 - Bellabama @ $2.80

Consistency is with Bellabama, who owns six placings from nine starts, including three consecutive placings coming into this race.
The daughter of Alabama Express meets an even midweek field, and her best form should be enough to take her close.
Having a strong rider on board is ideal, so include her in picks.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 4. (14:10) Pinker Pinker Tickets on Sale Now BM72 (2580m)
#1 - Omamori @ $4.60

Omamori has been backed and beaten a couple of times this preparation, but we’re giving him another chance.
The five-year-old son of Dundeel owns two wins and six placings from 14 starts, including a placing at his only attempt at Cranbourne.
It’s not a strong form race, so look for him to be competitive again.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 5. (14:45) Hygain Edge BM62 (1000m)
#2 - Foxenberg @ $5.50

Foxenberg was scratched last Wednesday, but punters should climb into the fresh up specialist again.
The Clayton Douglas-trained gelding is a perfect two-from-two fresh up, and he has yet to win a race otherwise.
One of those wins came at Cranbourne, so we’re confident of a big run.
Stake: 1.5 Units
Race 6. (15:20) Combined Steel Unity BM62 (1400m)
#3 - Alien Angel @ $3.00

Alien Angel defied a betting drift to score easily at Cranbourne last start, and she could be a nice type in the making.
The four-year-old mare by Zelzal is bred to be better than average, and we liked the way she put them away over 1300m in heavy conditions.
More wins are in store this season, so include her in picks.
Stake: 2 Units
Race 7. (15:55) Prestige Event Hire BM62 (1600m)
#2 - Queensbury @ $4.20

Jim Moloney lines up Queensbury, who looks to cap off four consecutive placings at Pakenham, Geelong, Sale and Moe.
The five-year-old gelding shouldn’t take long to get back to winning form, and jumping from barrier two could be enough to get it done.
We’re including him in our picks at the current odds.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 8. (16:30) Vale Billy Boy Canteen BM62 (1200m)
#13 - Get Honor @ $16.00

Get Honor has a good chance of resuming with a win for Mark Walker after showing some speed last prep.
The four-year-old mare by Savabeel won on debut at Sandown before running two sixths, but she is better than those efforts.
If she gets luck from a wide barrier, she should figure in the finish.
Stake: 1 Unit
