She is worth including as a value bet in the opener.

The three-year-old gelding gets all favours off the inside draw with in-form jockey Jett Stanley riding, and we expect his odds to firm on race day.

The $3.40 could firm to around $2.80, so take the value.

#5 – Numberneverseen @ $11.00

We’re taking the value odds for Numbersneverseen, and hoping he can improve on two race day starts.

The Patrick Payne-trained gelding ran seventh at Swan Hill last time out, which was a solid enough effort to include him in picks.

Barrier three helps, so take the double-figure odds.

#2 – Camelot Time @ $2.90

Money has come for Camelot Time to justify favouritism after posting four good runs for trainer Robert Hickmott.

The three-year-old son of Russian Camelot placed at Ballarat two starts back in heavy conditions, and he owns a second placing at Donald on a good surface.

Something close to that run could be enough to get it done.

#3 – Thurmond @ $6.50

Thurmond ran well for third at Geelong last time out, and he has enough improvement to take out this race.

The lightly tried five-year-old owns three wins and four placings from only 13 starts, and he won his only third-up start, which bodes well.
