Eagle Farm Racing Tips for Saturday, June 13th 2026

The daughter of Pierata didn’t have all favours last start behind The Next Episode, and that form should hold up nicely in this race.

#7 – Bella Montagna @ $2.60

Bella Montagna went close to beating Alacance last time out, and with another 20m, she would have got there.

The four-year-old mare by Belardo has progressed nicely this preparation with two placings, and a win won’t be far away, especially with 53kg on her back.

She gets a good run throughout off the inside draw, and 3200m won’t worry her.

Race 4. (13:28) Sky Racing Gunsynd Classic (1600m)

#1 – Sixties @ $2.80

He’s currently on the ballot for the Stradbroke Handicap, and if he runs here, he should prove tough to beat.

The three-year-old colt by Flying Artie is better over slightly shorter distances, but he’s a classy type that shouldn’t take long to win over the mile.

Having James McDonald riding helps, so include him in horse racing picks.

Race 5. (14:03) Seven Hinkler Handicap (1200m)

#8 – Fire Star @ $13.00

We’re taking the double-figure odds for Fire Star, who didn’t fire fresh up at Scone, but he’ll be better for the run.

The five-year-old son of Deep Field owns six wins and nine placings overall, and some of his best form comes on soft tracks.

The inside draw with 55kg on his back should take him close.

Race 6. (14:38) Magic Millions Dane Ripper Stakes (1300m)

Snow in May is teasing punters with a win after finishing second at Randwick last start, and it shouldn’t take her long to win.

The four-year-old mare by The Autumn Sun has class on her side, and she comes off a trial win at Hawkesbury, which will top her off nicely.

It’s about time Half Yours got back to winning form after three moderate runs this preparation, and rising to 2200m is ideal.
