Flemington Racing Tips for Saturday, June 6th 2026

We have expert betting tips for racing at Flemington on Saturday, which includes nine races at the premier meeting.

Punters get good value odds for the Victorian meeting, and we have betting tips for every race on the card.

Race 1. (11:55) Tab We’re On Handicap (1100m)

#8 – Stars of Dom @ $3.10

Money has come for Stars of Dom, who flashed late to finish second behind Divine Dot on debut at Sandown.

The two-year-old filly by Exceedance shouldn’t be worried by racing down the Flemington straight, and the betting moves are a good sign.

We’re happy to include her in picks in the opener.

Stake: 1Unit

Race 2. (12:25) Fancy a Gallop BM78 (1600m)

#10 – Taka Speed @ $15.00

Punters get value odds for Taka Speed, who showed good form when winning back-to-back races earlier this prep, and his recent efforts were solid enough.

The four-year-old son of Savabeel owns four wins from 10 starts, and we think he’s going under the radar with horse racing odds.

Take the value on offer in an even race.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 3. (13:00) Play on for Neale Handicap (1600m)

#4 – Kaleo @ $6.50

Knocking on the door of a win is Kaleo, who finished second at Geelong before placing at Sandown last time out.

The three-year-old son of Churchill is only a one-time winner from nine starts, but he maps to get an ideal run from barrier two.

Weight comes off his back, so he should run well.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 4. (13:35) VRC Community Race Day Sprint (1200m)

#5 – High on the Hill @ $5.00

High on the Hill made good ground from the back last time out, and it was a touch unlucky not to win.

The Ciaron Maher-trained colt looked good when winning at Morphettville, and getting 3kg off his back is enough to take him close.

We’re loving the each-way odds, so include him in picks.

Stake: 2 Units

Race 5. (14:10) 20 Years of Living Legends BM84 (1400m)

#4 – First Chorus @ $2.60

First Chorus settled back at Caulfield last start and reeled in the field with ease, and she could repeat the dose on Saturday.

The four-year-old mare loves the sting out of the ground, and if they go quickly enough in front, she’ll be there to strike late.

Her odds have drifted, so the $2.60 is a fair price.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 6. (14:45) Vale Steve Richards BM84 (1400m)

#12 – He’ll Rip @ $7.50

He’ll Rip looks set to produce the goods after two solid runs this prep, including a fourth at Bendigo last time out.

The six-year-old son of Hellbent is a past winner at Flemington, and having the long straight to wind up helps his chances.

Include him in picks at value odds.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 7. (15:20) Flemington Community Plate (2000m)

#15 – Starzintheireyes @ $3.30

Money has come for Starzintheireyes, who hasn’t been too far away in two Australian runs, including a third at Randwick last time out.

The four-year-old son of Starspangledbanner gets in with 53kg, which should be enough to take him close in Victoria.

His odds have drifted, but punters shouldn’t be too concerned.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 8. (16:00) Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour Trophy (2000m)

#3 – Siriusly Hot @ $10.00

Siriusly Hot is seriously hot after scoring at Sandown and Ballarat, and although rising to metropolitan level isn’t easy, he has confidence on his side.

The three-year-old son of Too Darn Hot likes to ride the speed, and he got the better of Kaleo last time out, so that form could be franked earlier on the card.

3kg comes off his back, so include him in picks.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 9. (16:34) Kooza Now on at Flemington BM84 (1200m)

#13 – Rosa Aotearoa @ $7.50

Winning form is with Rosa Aoteoroa, who owns four wins and two placings from 10 starts, including a tough win with a big weight last time out.

The four-year-old son of Dundeel should appreciate the light weight, and although the inside draw is tricky, she won’t mind it.

It’s an even field, so include her for value.

Stake: 1 Unit
