#10 – La Barrita @ $1.80

La Barrita is also nominated for Saturday, but with this being an easier field, we expect her to line up in this race.

The two-year-old filly didn’t get all favours on debut when racing a touch keenly, but she hit the line well behind a nice type in Uncertain Glory.

The odds-on quote is worth including in horse racing multi picks.

Race 2. (18:00) Club Partners Maiden (1200m)

#8 – Crash the Party @ $4.00

Punters get each-way odds for Crash the Party, who showed ability during her first preparation.

The three-year-old filly by Brave Smash owns five placings from nine starts, and she comes off a second placing at Eagle Farm.

That’s a good form guide, and she could hit the ground running this time in.

The three-year-old son of Written Tycoon will appreciate the longer distance as it gives him more time to wind up in the straight.

The Kris Lees-trained filly has taken on good opposition for much of her career, and she will appreciate dropping to BM68.

It’s a big drop from listed class, and it could get her confidence back.

Race 6. (20:00) Magic Millions National 2YO Classic (1000m)

#2 – The Next Episode @ $2.10

He won at listed level by three lengths easing down, and the expensive colt could have much bigger races in his future next spring.
