Happy Valley Racing Tips for Wednesday, June 24th 2026

We have expert betting tips for racing at Happy Valley in Hong Kong on Wednesday, which includes nine races at the quality midweek meeting.

Punters get good value odds for the Hong Kong racing feature, and we have betting tips for every race on the card.

Race 1. (21:40) Ice House Street Handicap (2200m)

#3 – Rosewood Fleetfoot

Rosewood Fleetfoot took 15 runs to break maidens, but he’s a good chance of going back-to-back on Wednesday night.

The five-year-old son of Proisir won easily by 3.8 lengths, so it was an excellent win, and Karis Teetan sticks with him.

Look for each-way odds from bookmakers.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 2. (22:10) Westlands Road Handicap (1650m)

#11 – Oriental Surprise

Oriental Surprise didn’t fire last time out at Sha Tin, but he looked better when running second two starts back.

The five-year-old son of Mikki Isle has four placings at Happy Valley, and although he’s yet to win from 26 starts, it’s a matter of time.

Purton riding is a big bonus, and 54.5kg on his back doesn’t hurt.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 3. (22:40) Morrison Hill Road Handicap (1650m)

#5 – Flying Fortune

Flying Fortune didn’t fire at the start of this preparation, but his form lately has improved.

The four-year-old son of Sweynesse ran third at Happy Valley two back before running fourth last time out, which were solid efforts.

Barrier two gives him every chance to find winning form.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 4. (23:10) Morrison Hill Road Handicap (1650m)

#5 – Vivacious Win

Seeking consecutive wins is Vivacious Win, who scored emphatically by five lengths to exit maiden grades.

The four-year-old son of The Autumn Sun rises in weight to 60kg, but Purton sticks with him, and that’s a good sign.

We expect money to come for him on race night, so take the early looks.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 5. (23:40) The Racing World 50th Anniversary Cup (1200m)

#4 – Gameplayer Elite

Boasting two wins from his last three starts is Gameplayer Elite, who was too good for them at Happy Valley in April.

The six-year-old enjoys running at Happy Valley with two wins and three placings, and he could add to his record against an even field.

He has drawn well, and that could be the winning of the race.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 6. (00:10) Connaught Road Central Handicap (1200m)

#4 – Georgian Sigma

Georgian Sigma is getting close to a win after posting four placings from five starts, including two third placings at Happy Valley.

The three-year-old son of Shalaa was only a length behind the winner last time out, and something close to that should be enough.

Brenton Avdulla rides, which adds to our confidence.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 7. (00:45) Des Voeux Road Central (1000m)

#5 – Bunta Baby

Bunta Baby was good enough to win back-to-back races last preparation, and he could start this prep with a big effort.

The five-year-old son of Cable Bay is a three-time winner at Happy Valley, and punters often get each-way odds for him to win.

We expect another tidy effort against this field.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 8. (01:15) Leighton Road Handicap (1200m)

#7 – The Heir

The Heir comes off consecutive wins at Happy Valley, and he doesn’t need to improve much to handle this field.

He loves running at Happy Valley with nine starts for two wins and four placings, and he could add to his record on Wednesday.

It’s not an easy field, but he should be competitive.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 9. (01:50) King's Road Handicap (1650m)

#1 – Fivefortwo

We’re backing the consistent Fivefortwo, who has a win and two placings from his last four starts.

The four-year-old son of Time Test won by two lengths at this track in March, and something close to that is good enough.

1kg comes off his back to help with the weight, so put him on top.

Stake: 1.5 Units
