Looking for back-to-back wins is Fairway to Heaven, who broke maidens with a quality win at Kembla Grange last time out.

The Michael Freedman-trained filly scored by 2.3 lengths as a $1.45 chance, so punters get much better odds this time around.

Having Tim Clark in the saddle only helps her chances, and she should settle on the speed.

Race 3. (15:15) Blakes Marine Maiden (1600m)

#2 – Lontrice @ $2.50

The three-year-old son of D’argento owns a placing at Canterbury and a fourth at Randwick, so the form checks out well for racing at Hawkesbury.

Her recent trial form is solid enough to see her go close in an even field.

Race 5. (16:25) Darren Pullman 10Yr Memorial BM78 (1300m)

#3 – Arriving Home @ $5.50

Arriving Home is better than what her form this preparation suggests, so we’re happy to stick with her.

The four-year-old daughter of I Am Invincible was only 3.4 lengths behind Catch the Glory at Group 3 level last start, so this is a fair drop in class.

We expect her to run well in BM78 grade, and she’s sneaking under the radar.

Race 6. (17:00) Richmond Club BM72 (1500m)

#11 – Night Agent @ $2.25

Night Agent is already a two-time winner this preparation, and his only poor effort came when running at Flemington behind Getta Good Feeling.

He bounced back with an effortless 10-length victory at Beaumont, which was a massive effort, and he should enjoy running at this level.
