Race 1. (11:45) Precise Air Maiden (1400m)
#4 – Starla @ $2.90 – Bet Now
Starla is getting close to a win after three second placings and the Chris Waller-trained runner could exit maiden grades here.
The three-year-old filly finished second at Kembla Grange last start when only a short head behind the winner.
A similar effort here would see her right in the thick of the action and punters are getting solid odds.
Race 2. (12:25) The Agency Projects BM70 (1800m)
#6 – Navy Cross @ $2.80 – Bet Now
Navy Cross has gone to another level this season with consecutive wins.
The Waterhouse/Bott-trained three-year-old scored by 1.5 lengths at Goulburn before scoring even more impressively last start.
He won by 3.3 lengths at Wyong over 1600m and the rise in distance is clearly doing the trick with the son of I Am Invincible.
Race 3. (13:00) Drinkwise Maiden Plate (1100m)
#15 – Born to Play @ $10 – Bet Now
The well-bred daughter of Redoute’s Choice ran fairly on debut and she should return in fitter order now.
Trained by Chris Waller, the three-year-old comes into this with a trial win at Rosehill and punters are getting good value here.
Expect the current price of $10 to drop closer to race day, so it could pay to lock in the value now.
Race 4. (13:35) The Agency Choisir Handicap (1100m)
#1 – Glenall @ $4.60 – Bet Now
Glenall hasn’t won for awhile now but he’s a former classy sprinter which should be respected here.
The Hawkes-trained six-year-old is a three-time winner from 20 starts, which has more than $310,000 in career earnings.
He was disappointing when running last at Flemington in September but has since trialed and run well.
Scoring a 3.3-length win at Rosehill will put him in good stead for this.
Race 5. (14:20) Agency Property BM70 (3200m)
#1 – Breakdance @ $2.05 – Bet Now
Breakdance lived up to his potential when scoring a 1.3-length win at Warwick Farm last time out.
The Waller-trained stayer will handle every part of the 3200m journey and he has been primed with a 1030m trial placing at Rosehill.
That will have him ticking only nicely and he has been very well backed.
Race 6. (15:40) Jcdecaux BM70 (1400m)
#5 – Statuesquely @ $3.50 – Bet Now
Statuesquely was beaten but not disgraced when third at Warwick Farm last time out.
The Waterhouse/Bott-trained four-year-old has won two from six starts with three placings, which bodes well for this.
She will likely roll forward from barrier five and if she gets a soft lead, she should be able to kick away for the win.
Race 7. (16:20) Heineken 3 BM70 (1300m)
#7 – Romalette @ $7 – Bet Now
Joe Pride lines up the four-year-old mare which scored a win at Wyong in April.
The daughter of Equalette is improving nicely and she has been primed with a trial placing at Wyong.
Getting the inside draw is ideal for this and punters are getting value odds here at $7.
Race 8. (17:00) Cactus Imaging BM72 (1550m)
#2 – Jazzland @ $3.30 – Bet Now
Jazzland is looking to go back-to-back after scoring at Wyong by 2.5 lengths last time out.
The five-year-old gelding has now won four and placed in four from 10 starts. That record is tough to overlook and he’s going to get every chance from the draw.
Drawing barrier five will allow him to find a good spot in the run and we’re expecting good money to come.
Race 9. (17:40) Sharp Extensive It BM70 (1100m)
#13 – Phoenix River @ $6 – Bet Now
Phoenix River has been hammered in the betting after opening at $9 and that’s a good sign.
The four-year-old has placed three times from five starts and that was a nice effort at Hawkesbury last time out.
Carrying 54kg is going to help and it could pay to follow the big moves coming for him.
