Morphettville Racing Tips for Saturday, June 27th 2026

We have expert betting tips for racing at Morphettville on Saturday, which includes nine races at the premier meeting.

Punters get good value odds for the South Australian meeting, and we have betting tips for every race on the card.

Race 1. (12:02) Dominant Clean Sweep C2 (1568m)

#2 – Wind Rush @ $4.20

Wind Rush hasn’t been too far away from the prize this season, including a third placing at Morphettville last time out.

The four-year-old son of Almanzor owns a win and eight placings from 19 starts overall, so his record is solid.

It’s an even field, and he could take advantage at each-way odds.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 2. (12:37) Sportsbet Blackbook BM78 (1568m)

#7 – Placo @ $5.00

Boasting a win and multiple placings this preparation is Placo, who scored at Morphettville in February.

The five-year-old son of Starspangledbanner owns five wins from 15 starts, so his strike rate is good, and he could add to it on Saturday.

We expect his odds to firm on race day, so snap up the value.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 3. (13:12) PFD Food Services BM78 (1973m)

#3 – Savour the Dream @ $3.20

Savour the Dream got back to winning form at Mornington last time out, which is a good form guide for racing in South Australia.

The four-year-old son of Super Seth has yet to race at the track, but he likes the soft track conditions, and there’s no reason why his odds have drifted.

Punters get better odds from the opening $2.80, and he’s a live winning hope.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 4. (13:47) Sportsbet Jockey Watch BM82 (1000m)

#1 – Sir Now @ $2.25

Sir Now is a professional winner, and despite carrying a big weight, his class should take him close.

The four-year-old is a nine-time winner from 23 starts, including wins at Morphettville and Murray Bridge leading into this race.

He has yet to run worse than second at Morphettville, so he can’t be left out.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 5. (14:27) David Peacock Oaklands Plate (1400m)

#1 – Lalor @ $3.80

Lalor is getting close to a win after three consecutive placings, and he was only narrowly beaten by Brevitas.

He can turn the tables on the favourite here, and the two-year-old son of Snitzel is a nice type in the making.

We expect money to come for him on race day.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 6. (15:07) SAJC Membership Now Open BM66 (1300m)

#11 – Skadoosh @ $6.00

Money has started to trickle in for Skadoosh, who showed improvement when running third last time out.

The three-year-old filly showed ability during her first preparation when posting a win and three placings, so if that form returns, she is a good winning hope.

55kg on her back is enough to take her close in an even field.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 7. (15:42) Green Tick BM66 (1250m)

#7 – Riche D’Amour @ $6.50

Punters get each-way odds for Riche D’Amour, who has gone close to winning this campaign with two placings from three starts.

The five-year-old son of Rich Enuff is a past winner at Morphettville, and we liked the way he found the line last time out.

He hasn’t won recently, but that trend could change on Saturday.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 8. (16:20) Fleurieu Milk Company BM62 (1000m)

#9 – So Polite @ $9.00

Seeking back-to-back wins is So Polite, who got through heavy conditions best at Morphettville last time out.

The four-year-old mare by Grunt has a good record at the track and distance, and she has been forgotten about in betting market.

2kg comes off her back, and she should run well again.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 9. (17:00) Festival Hire Handicap (1400m)

#9 – I Will Shine @ $4.80

I Will Shine ran well when winning at Horsham earlier this prep, and he wasn’t far away when running second at Bendigo.

The four-year-old brings good form to Morphettvlle, and after opening at $7, he has been confidently backed to score.

Take the odds before more money comes for him.

Stake: 1 Unit
