Pinjarra horse racing tips

Race 1. (15:43) Country Comfort Perth Plate (1200m)

#1 – Brazen Arrow – Bet Now

Brazen Arrow finished fifth on debut at Ascot and that came against some tough opposition with Bumper Humper winning.

He’s going to find this easier and he showed plenty of winning when winning a trial to prepare for that run.

No trials leading into this and that could be good sign.

Race 2. (16:23) Sound Telegraph Maiden (1400m)

#1 – Magic Empire – Bet Now

The four-year-old gelding has been right around the mark for a long time and gets his chance to break through here.

He has 10 placings from 15 starts, including a second placing on this track last month. There’s nothing wrong with that form and we believe he’ll score a win shortly.

This race is there for the taking and punters should be getting each-way odds.

Race 3. (17:05) Kwik ‘N’ Kleen Car Wash 0MW (1400m)

#2 – Kelly’s Gem – Bet Now

Jockey William Pike teams up with the five-year-old mare and she has looked good in two trials to prepare for this.

The Adam Durrant-trained runner has won two trials before making a return to race day on Saturday. That follows up from a win at Belmont in July and although it has been a long break, she is clearly talented.

We’re expecting plenty of money to come her way on race day.

Race 4. (17:50) Bowden Select BM62 (1500m)

#5 – Snippy Miss – Bet Now

Another Durrant-trained runner, Snippy Miss has been looking set for a win after two second placings.

Those came at Ascot behind the likes of Holy Ghost and Amelia Bedelia, so there are strong form guides coming into this.

William Pike takes the ride and the three-year-old filly looks to have a bright future.

Race 5. (18:30) Sandbar S’borough Beach BM72 (2000m)

#1 – Not To Be Mist – Bet Now

Not To Be Missed continues to win and punters are cashing in on the four-year-old gelding.

The Durrant-trained four-year-old has rattled off three consecutive wins, which started in November and concluded with a win at Ascot on December 21.

He has obvious ability and if he can find some cover from barrier nine, expect Pike to have him winding up late and flashing home down the outside.

Race 6. (19:10) The Mandurah Mail 1MW (1300m)

#12 – Put A Spell On You – Bet Now

Put A Spell On You has looked good in a brief career to date and she has the potential to win at this level.

The Fred Kersley-trained filly broke maiden grades at Ascot on debut before running seventh and then third against harder opposition.

She got back to winning form by two lengths at Pinjarra last start and having that track experience and a weight of 54kg should see her tough to beat.

Race 7. (19:45) Sign Strategy 1MW (1300m)

#10 – Serenity Bay – Bet Now

Serenity Bay has had four starts for two wins and two second placings.

The Williams-trained four-year-old mare scored wins at Northam and Belmont before running second by a length last start in July.

It has been a long break for the daughter of Rogano but she looked good in a recent trial and it’s another tidy ride for William Pike.

Race 8. (20:20) 100 Club Mandurah Cup (1400m)

#11 – Midnight Sky – Bet Now

The feature race has some nice types involved and Midnight Sky looks the best of them.

She’s coming off a big win over the likes of Megazone and Son of Bacchus at Ascot in December and that form has remained hot since.

The six-time winner has the breeding to continue winning and it’s another plum ride for William Pike, who could end the day with a big total of wins.

Race 9. (20:55) Hygain Feeding Champions BM66 (1200m)

#4 – Flower of War – Bet Now

Consistency is with Flower of War, which has four wins from her last seven starts.

Trained by Simon Miller, the daughter of War Chant got the win at Pinjarra last start by a narrow margin and she could easily go back-to-back here.

Having winning form on this track is ideal and we’re confident of another good effort.

Race 10. (21:30) Ladies Day Sat 1MW (1600m)

#3 – Lucky Linda Lulu – Bet Now

Lucky Linda Lulu scored a good win fresh up at Pinjarra before running just behind the placings last start.

She’s a six-year-old mare with four wins and 19 placings to her record. She might not win all that often but she should give punters a good sight.

Each-way odds will be offered by bookmakers.
