Queen Elizabeth Stakes Form Guide & Tips
The European isn’t playing roughie odds, but we can’t see any runner outside the first four favourites figuring in the finish.
He was tough behind Aeliana fresh up, and this has been his main target all along, so we’re happy to take the $8.50 as a value bet.
Ruling out the Europeans would be a big mistake, so don’t sleep on his chances of winning.
He looked in need of two runs back from a spell after being scratched from the spring features last year.
There has been a lot of betting support for him, and many believe he’s good enough to end the unbeaten run of Autumn Glow.
We don’t think he is, but he’s an obvious first four chance.
A proven winner at Group 1 level, but he’s outclassed against this level of opposition. He tends to pick up big wins against weaker G1 fields, so wait for a better opportunity.
He will likely sit on the speed and ensure the race is run at a genuine tempo. Waller has engaged a couple of stayers for that very reason, which he did the same when Winx was racing.
Lindermann doesn’t quite fall into that category, and he should fight well, but the $27 is an accurate price to win.
A good win over 2000m last start, but we can’t see much form coming out of that race. He would need to find 5-6 lengths to beat the favourites.
Comes out of the same race as Wootton Verni. Looking for more ground, and the $126 odds are telling.
A superstar of the turf, and the runner everyone has come to see on Saturday. She’s electric, and unbeaten after 11 starts.
All the talk is about Sheza Alibi in the Doncaster, but Autumn Glow could take Waller around the world, and she has beaten much better fields and against older horses.
She is all class, so run the $1.45 through multis.
Her form this preparation is excellent, and after running second behind Autumn Glow, she has since won back-to-back races.
If it wasn’t for her stablemate, she would have more wins on the board, but she is the biggest danger to the favourite.
