The three-year-old filly is bred for speed, and she has been showing good barrier speed to lead and hold off some tidy fields.

This isn’t an easy race, but she has plenty of upside.

Punters get value odds for Mansiere, who showed good speed when running second at Warrnambool before struggling in Sydney last start.

The four-year-old gelding by Brave Smash owns four placings over the distance, and although winning doesn’t come easily, the odds are too generous to overlook.
