Haras ran third on debut at Scone, which was a solid effort, and she will only improve with that run under her belt.
The Scott Singleton-trained daughter of Shooting to Win finished a nose behind the winner in a busy finish, so she could have easily won it.
The $2.35 odds are justified, so include her in horse racing multi picks.

Race 3. (15:20) Arrowfield C1 (1300m)
#9 - Bird Whistle @ $3.90
Bird Whistle scored a debut win at Scone before spelling, and we didn’t expect to see a betting drift after opening at $3.20.
That’s slightly concerning, but the three-year-old filly by Brutal looks good enough to beat a tricky field on Friday.
She has course experience and the inside draw, so she should be tough to beat.

Race 4. (16:00) Warburton Estate Agents Maiden (1400m)
#10 - Rustemo @ $4.20
Looking to cap off consecutive placings with a win is Rustemo, who fought to the line at Port Macquarie last time out.
The Kris Lees-trained gelding by Russian Revolution should get every chance from an inside barrier, and there isn’t much covering this field.
He’s worth including in picks at each-way odds.

Race 5. (16:40) Warburton Estate Agents Maiden (1200m)
#4 - Just Response @ $2.70
Just Response ran third on debut at Newcastle before spelling, and we have been impressed with his trial wins since.
The three-year-old son of Justify won trials at Muswellbrook and Newcastle, so he’s primed and ready for a winning return.
He is rock-solid at the $2.70 quote, which is a good sign.

Race 6. (17:20) Darley BM58 (900m)
#1 - Navy Steel @ $2.90
Navy Steel has a big weight to carry, but it shouldn’t matter as much over 900m, and he’s the classy runner of the field.
The four-year-old owns two wins and a placing from six starts, and he looked good when scoring fresh up last campaign.
Everything points towards a good effort against this field.

Race 7. (17:55) Colourworks BM82 (1600m)
#3 - Bestower @ $2.80
Luck isn’t always with Bestower, who is only a two-time winner, but she must be respected against this field.
As the market suggests, the five-year-old mare should be tough to beat after posting another close-up finish at Warwick Farm fresh up.
This race maps perfectly for her, so back her with confidence.

Race 8. (18:30) Coolmore BM82 (1100m)
#11 - Social Circle @ $2.45
Social Circle started her career with back-to-back wins before running solidly in two defeats, and she could get back to winning form on Friday.
The three-year-old filly by Maurice ran second at Randwick and then fourth at Warwick Farm, so coming back to the provincials helps.
She’s another good bet on the card, especially off the inside draw and at the weights.
