Tamworth Racing Tips for Friday, June 26th 2026

We have expert betting tips for racing at Tamworth on Friday, which includes nine races at the quality meeting.

Punters get good value odds for the New South Wales meeting, and we have betting tips for every race on the card.

Race 1. (11:45) Armidale Bowling Club Handicap (1000m)

#6 – Honniball Drive @ $3.20

Honniball Drive is getting close to posting a win after consecutive second placings to start her career.

The two-year-old filly by Flying Artie battled on gamely for second last start in heavy conditions, and she will appreciate a firmer surface.

Getting 4kg off her back is enough to take her close.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 2. (12:20) Armidale Services Club Maiden (1000m)

#13 – Supido Star @ $2.40

Todd Howlett lines up Supido Star, who comes off three consecutive second placings at Quirindi, Scone, and Tamworth.

Having form on the track adds to her appeal, and this isn’t a strong race, so the three-year-old filly could capitalise.

Having Aaron Bullock riding helps, so she’s our top pick.

Stake: 2.5 Units

Race 3. (12:55) Glen Innes Services Club Maiden (1200m)

#12 – Side Quest @ $7.00

Side Quest has improved with every run throughout her career, culminating in a second placing at Tamworth.

The three-year-old daughter of Sidestep meets a solid maiden field, but she is progressive enough to handle them.

Dropping to 52kg is ideal, so she should go close at each-way odds.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 4. (13:30) Lightning Ridge Maiden (1400m)

#7 – Toke @ $14.00

Looking to cap off two placings is Toke, who could sit behind the speed before letting down with a good effort.

The three-year-old son of Casino Prince has a second placing at Tamworth, so experience here is ideal, and he could go one better.

$14 is a fair price from bookies, so take the value.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 5. (14:05) West Tamworth Leagues BM82 (1600m)

#7 – Visualise @ $5.00

Visualise looked good when winning consecutive races earlier this prep at Tamworth and Moree, and he could get back to that form.

The four-year-old so of So You Think owns four wins from 20 starts, and he’s good enough to handle this level of opposition.

Getting the inside draw with 55kg is enough to take him close.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 6. (14:40) Moree Services Club BM58 (1000m)

#9 – Kakoda @ $4.50

Kakoda looked good winning on debut at Walcha, and although only seventh last time out, improvement is expected now.

The three-year-old filly was no match for Chains of Love, who has since won in the city, and she will enjoy this level of opposition.

1.5kg comes off her back, which is enough to take her close.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 7. (15:15) South Tamworth Bowlo C3 (1400m)

#11 – Meddlesome @ $4.80

Punters get each-way odds for Meddlesome, who capped off good form with a win at Inverell last time out.

The five-year-old mare owns two wins and 11 placings from 17 starts, so she has been consistent throughout her career.

She likes Tamworth, so include her in picks.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 8. (15:50) Clubs NSW BM82 (1200m)

#10 – Andale Andale @ $5.00

Shooting for three consecutive wins is Andale Andale, who won at Muswellbrook by 1.8 lengths last time out.

That was an excellent effort, and the four-year-old is good enough to handle this level of racing, especially with 55.5kg on her back.

Punters get each-way odds, which could shorten.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 9. (16:30) Tamworth Services BM58 (1000m)

#2 – Iknowyou @ $4.50

Iknowyou turned his form around with a win at Tamworth, and staying at this track could result in something similar.

The four-year-old son of Press Statement is a five-time winner from 19 starts, and he gets 4kg off his back to help with the big weight.

The $4.40 odds are likely to firm on race day.

Stake: 1 Unit
