Warwick Farm horse racing tips & form

Race 1. (13:20) Tab Long May We Play Maiden (1400m)

#4 โ€“ Rapids – Bet @ Sportsbet

Rapids is on debut for Chris Waller after some pleasing trial form in Sydney. The three-year-old colt won a trial at Warwick Farm in March and he recently finished second.

The son of Medaglia Dโ€™oro gets the inside draw to work with and having Kerrin McEvoy in the saddle helps. He recently won a Group 1 race, so his confidence is high.

Watch for a betting moves with this runner.

Race 2. (13:55) Iron Jack BM72 (2400m)

#1 โ€“ Total Recall – Bet @ Sportsbet

Paul Messara lines up the four-year-old gelding that owns three wins and three placings from eight starts.

The son of Animal Kingdom is coming off a three-length win at Hawkesbury where he faced a field of three. Itโ€™s harder here but that form stacks up nicely.

We are expecting plenty of betting support on race day.

Race 3. (14:35) Impending @ Darley BM68 (1100m)

#7 โ€“ Ballistic Lover – Bet @ Sportsbet

Ballistic Lover is coming off a win at Wyong where she broke maiden grades by 3.5 lengths. It was an excellent way to exit maiden grades and she looks good enough to make the rise in class.

The Joe Pride-trained filly has been out of the money in only one of her five starts, so she is consistently around the mark.

Drawing barrier four is ideal and she should run close.

Race 4. (15:10) Vinery Handicap (1000m)

#1 โ€“ Tactical Advantage – Bet @ Sportsbet

Kris Lees lines up the professional winner of 11 from 36 starts, which could return to his best form on Wednesday.

His last few starts have been below his best, but heโ€™s coming off a run behind Classique Legend. He is facing a much easier field here, so expect improvement.

The 3kg claimer helps and punters should expect a better run.

Race 5. (15:45) Sky Racing Active BM72 (1600m)

#1 โ€“ Royal Marine – Bet @ Sportsbet

Royal Marine is shooting for four consecutive wins and he has yet to finish outside the placings at Warwick Farm.

The Waller-trained four-year-old scored by just under a length on this track last start and a repeat could be on the cards.

Jockey Lee Magorrian sticks with him and that boosts confidence levels.

Race 6. (16:20) Bowermans Furniture BM72 (1400m)

#6 โ€“ Rathvilly Miss – Bet @ Sportsbet

Rathvilly Miss produced back-to-back wins earlier this campaign and she could get back to her best form on Wednesday.

The four-year-old mare has since run fifth at Canterbury and second at Randwick, which came behind Invinciano last month.

There is plenty to like about that form and weโ€™re confident of her chances.

Race 7. (16:55) Vale Mick Hood BM78 (1400m)

#7 โ€“ Petronius – Bet @ Sportsbet

Gary and John Moore line up the capable type that owns two wins and five placings from just nine career starts.

The well-bred son of Redouteโ€™s Choice finished fourth in a tough race at Randwick last start, so this class is right up his alley.

He makes his own luck in front and that is an asset at Warwick Farm.

Race 8. (17:30) Hyland Race Colours BM72 (1200m)

#9 โ€“ Juan Diva – Bet @ Sportsbet

The four-year-old mare is talented at her best and weโ€™re giving her another chance. She is coming off a fifth at Canterbury behind Emanate, which should be a good form guide.

Drawing barrier three will see her position well during the run and Tommy Berry should ensure a good trip throughout.

Punters could get each-way odds and we expect solid betting moves throughout the week.
