NBA Tuesday might be a small schedule, but it packs a punch this week with some quality games.
Punters get a chance to bet on Mavericks vs. Bucks, Spurs vs. Rockets and Heat vs. Grizzlies. All three games should be high quality contests.
Here are our Tuesday NBA betting tips!
San Antonio Spurs vs. Houston Rockets @ Toyota Centre
It’s an all-Texas battle as the Rockets look to bounce back against the suddenly-improved San Antonio Spurs.
The Houston Rockets are 17-9 on the season and 9-4 at home, but they’re coming off a loss to the Detroit Pistons at Toyota Centre.
The 115-107 was an offensively poor outing and they will be wanting to get back to the winning ways against the Spurs.
San Antonio went on a long losing streak but they have bounced back nicely. They have won three of their last four games, with wins over Houston, Sacramento and Phoenix.
They defeated Houston in double overtime last week before beating the Kings in overtime. They then lost to Cleveland in overtime before beating Phoenix in overtime.
We can’t remember the last time a team played in four consecutive overtime games, but surely it has to have taken something out of the Spurs.
They should be tired for this game, but they didn’t need to do much travelling, so that’s a positive.
Bookmakers have the Rockets as the $1.22 favourites. There isn’t much value in that option, so take the –8.5 as Houston should be too strong in the revenge game.

Dallas Mavericks vs. Milwaukee Bucks @ Fiserv Forum
Unfortunately for Dallas fans, Luca Doncic sustained an injury on Sunday and won’t be playing for a least a week.
It would have been a massive battle between the 17-8 Mavericks and the 24-3 Bucks, but could still be a good game to bet on.
Milwaukee is cruising in the east this season, with a home record of 13-1 and they are riding a lengthy winning streak coming into this week.
They scored a quality win over the LA Clippers before beating teams they should have beaten, including Pelicans, Magic, Grizzlies and Cavaliers.
This game will be harder even though Doncic is on the sidelines. Kristaps Porzingis is capable to lead a team and Dallas will need a big effort from the former New York Knick.
These teams match up evenly in the statistical department. Dallas is averaging 118.1 points per game compared to the 121.2 from the Bucks.
The thing going against Dallas here is that they not only have Doncic out of the game, but Milwaukee has won 18 consecutive games.
Are Dallas good enough to be the team to break the streak? Or will they become another victim of this Milwaukee team which has everything they need to win the NBA Championship this season?
Bookmakers have this game off-the-board due to the Luka injury, but we’re expecting the Bucks to be the seven-point favourite and cover.

Miami Heat vs. Memphis Grizzlies @ FedEx Forum
The Miami Heat are favourites to win this game and rightfully so, but we are expecting Memphis to come out with some passion.
Memphis is only 9-17 on the season but they have produced three wins from their last four games. Those wins came over the Warriors, Suns and Wizards.
They lost to the Bucks 127-114 last week but that wasn’t such a bad effort. The problem is that they’re giving up 116.2 points per game, so if their defense can muscle up, expect more consistent results.
As for the Heat, they are going along nicely at 19-7 after beating the Mavericks in overtime. However, that game could have taken the sting out of them.
They will be playing back-to-back road games and although it’s tough to bet against the likes of Jimmy Butler, this is a good situation for Memphis.
Memphis has home court advantage and a little momentum in their favour. Miami could well win the game, but bookmakers are offering 6.5 points for the Grizz and that’s too good to pass up/
Expect the Grizzlies to keep this game close.
