We have NBA picks and predictions for Boxing Day, December 26th, which features the Cavaliers vs. Knicks, Spurs vs. Thunder, and Rockets vs. Lakers.
Our picks include a best bet and NBA same game multi, and we’re looking forward to the NBA action this week.
Cavaliers vs. Knicks Predictions
—
Best Bet
The Knicks might have lost two of their last three games, but they are playing better basketball than the Cavaliers, who have finally turned their form around with back-to-back wins.
We don’t believe the Cavaliers have a championship team, and although Donovan Mitchell is all class, he needs more help than he’s getting. Therefore, we’re picking the Knicks to get back to their best at Madison Square Garden.
The –5.5 line is worth taking as the Knicks won 119-111 in their most recent meeting in October.
—
Same Game Multi
The Knicks get Jalen Brunson back on the court, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. He scored 47 points in his most recent game, and he has the ball on a string. Include him in NBA same game multis to score over 28.5 points.
Mitchell is an excellent shooter, but scoring 30 points against the Knicks’ defence is tough. We have him scoring around 26 points, so back him to go under 29.5 points.
They scored 230 points in October, and the 239.5 line is better than expected. Take the under.

Spurs vs. Thunder Predictions
—
Best Bet
The Spurs are getting no respect with NBA odds despite coming off a 130-110 win over the Thunder. That was an amazing performance from a young team packed with superstar talent, and they should keep it close on Boxing Day.
Victor Wembanyama, De’Aaron Fox, and Stephon Castle are doing great things in San Antonio, and although the thunder has the NBA’s best record, they dropped two of their last three games. That’s not good form, especially for a team giving up 9.5 points.
Getting +9.5 is a steal in a game that could come down to the wire.
—
Same Game Multi
We’re backing the Spurs stars to score plenty of points. Wembanyama can score over 17.5 points even if he’s on restricted minutes. He has the size advantage in the paint, and he could get the Spurs off to a fast start.
Castle comes off a 24-point performance against the Thunder, so if Wemby doesn’t see much court time, Castle’s numbers should increase. He’s an excellent bet at the current line, and his confidence is through the roof.
They combined for 240 points earlier this week, so expect another high-scoring affair.
—
Rockets vs. Lakers Predictions
—
Best Bet
The Rockets could blast off against the Lakers and put a recent loss to the Clippers behind them.
Losing to the Clippers isn’t what this franchise wants as it’s trying to build momentum, but we can’t see them struggling against the Lakers, who continue to struggle after losing to the Clippers and most recently to the Suns on Wednesday.
Luka Doncic is back after scoring just 12 points, but the Lakers might need more time to get back to their best. Therefore, take the Rockets to show why they’re a threat in the Western Conference.
—
Same Game Multi
Punters get value odds for Alperen Sengun to score over 8.5 rebounds. He has three double-digit rebounding games from his last five, so he’s a good chance of scoring over 8.5 against a Lakers team that puts up a lot of shots.
Kevin Durant has been consistent throughout the year, and we thought the line would be higher than 24.5 points. We have him scoring around 28 points, so he should go over the current NBA line. Under 230.5 points is a good NBA multi bet pick. Our final score prediction has the Rockets winning 117-110.
