Punters get a great NBA card to bet on this Sunday. It features the likes of Raptors vs. Celtics and 76ers vs. Heat.
Bookmakers are offering good odds across the day on Sunday and we have done the form to find the best betting opportunities. Here are our NBA betting tips!
Toronto Raptors vs. Boston Celtics @ TD Garden
The Raptors and Celtics square off in a rematch of the Boxing Day clash. It was the Celtics that got the better of the Canadians on that occasion.
They return to Boston for the second game of the series and we’re expecting the Celtics to be warm favourites.
However, Toronto should have Pascal Siakam back in the team as he’s not listed on the injured list. If Siakam plays, the Raptors will be much harder to beat.
Boston got the better of the Raptors on Thursday, scoring a 118-102 win where Kemba Walker had a big game.
Walker is averaging 22.6 points per game and he has filled into the position nicely after a couple of rough weeks to start off with.
Boston are one of the better teams in the NBA. By that, we mean they play as a collective unit and don’t rely on one or two players to get hot.
It causes headaches for opposing defenses and they would be even harder to beat if Marcus Smart was billed to play.
He’s out with an eye infection but the Celtics have plenty of talent to fill the void.
A tight game is expected here but with a home record of 12-1, we have to go with the Celtics to hold home court advantage.

Philadelphia 76ers vs. Miami Heat @ AmericanAirlines Arena
The Philadelphia 76ers ended a losing slide with three consecutive wins, including a big Boxing Day win over the Milwaukee Bucks.
They have scored over 120 points in those three wins and that has been the difference. They were scoring around 100 points during their losing streak.
However, the 76ers will need to sort out their road woes. Philadelphia has a losing 7-8 record on the road and they’re coming up against a dominant home team in the Heat.
Miami has a 22-8 overall record and they’re 13-1 at home. That has firmly put them in contention this season and we’re expecting more improvement to come.
Led by Jimmy Butler, the Heat are another team like the Celtics. They don’t heavily rely on one player to get the job done.
There isn’t much between these two teams in terms of statistics. The Heat score two points more on offense but give up two points more on defense.
Miami has won four of their last five games, including their last three coming into this game.
There won’t be much between these teams. We’re expecting bookmakers to have Miami as the slight favourites, but money should come for both sides.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Houston Rockets @ Toyota Centre
The run for the Houston Rockets came to an abrupt end on Thursday when beating beaten by the lowly Golden State Warriors.
It was their first loss for some time and it should have given them a wakeup call. They can’t slacken off against any team in the NBA, especially one like the Nets.
Brooklyn scored a win over Houston (123-116) earlier this season and they’ll be looking to get the better of the western conference team again.
The Nets have done well to get a record of 16-13 given their roster is still without Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant. They do have a losing away record, which will need to improve over the course of the season.
This game could be all about how the Houston Rockets rebound from the upset loss to the Warriors. They should be wanting to prove a point and the Nets could be the team they target.
It’s a double-revenge game for the Rockets and we’re expecting them to come out firing on Sunday afternoon.
Bookmakers will have the Rockets as healthy favourites.
