NBA Betting Tips
Dallas Mavericks vs. Houston Rockets @ Toyota Centre
The Dallas Mavericks can’t seem to buy a trick at the moment. Luca Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis have been off the court throughout the season and now Doncic has suffered an ankle injury.
Dallas will likely be without their star import for this game, which could give the Houston Rockets a much-needed boost.
After losing 125-112 to the Portland Trail Blazers, which ended a four-game road trip, the Rockets need to fire back and find some consistency.
Both teams have records of 29-18, which isn’t where they thought they would be. Houston started the season well but the wheels have fallen off of late.
Their most recent game at home was a 121-105 win over the Denver Nuggets, so punters can look to that form inspiration.
Without Doncic on the court, the Dallas Mavericks could struggle to find a genuine scoring threat. Porzingis is good, but he’s not able to score 30+ points.
We give the slight edge to the Rockets on home court.

Denver Nuggets vs. Milwaukee Bucks @ Fiserv Forum
Is there any stopping the Bucks in the Eastern Conference this season? They are 41-6 and simply tearing through the opposition.
However, teams from the west play the Bucks better and the Nuggets are so good defensively, they could match up well.
Denver is having a good season themselves, with a record of 32-15. They had a slow start but have kicked back nicely and they have coped well without a couple of starts.
Jamal Murray and Paul Millsap are still on the sidelines, so Nikola Jokic has had to do most of the work. Their missing stars could be exposed against a Bucks team that has no weaknesses.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is averaging 30 points per game and they’re managing his minutes. He leads the team in points, rebounds, and assists.
The MVP front runner is leading his team to another amazing season and the Bucks are coming off a 151-point performance over the Wizards.
They spread the floor better than most teams in the competition and they’re not easy to score on. It’s the reason why the Bucks have dropped only six games this season.
Only two of those losses have come on their home floor and we’re picking them to score another this Saturday.

Portland Trail Blazers vs. LA Lakers @ STAPLES Centre
The Lakers play their first game since the loss of Kobe Bryant and it’s going to be an amazing atmosphere at STAPLES Centre.
A sold out crowd will be on hand to see the likes of LeBron James and Anthony Davis go to work for the Lakers.
They haven’t played for a week, which is a concern, but if they’re ever going to put on a performance, it will be this Saturday.
Standing in their way of a memorable win are the Portland Trail Blazers. Damien Lillard is a man on fire lately, averaging over 50 points per game from his last four outings.
With recent wins over Indiana and Houston, Portland is heading in the right direction and it’s all because of Lillard’s stunning play.
However, scoring 50 points against the Lakers is a tough ask. They have been defensively sound this season, allowing only 106.3 points per game.
They are fully fit now and that should make them tough to beat against Portland.
Expect LA to come out swinging and never relent for the entire game.
